We brought in our shy puppy to help her gain confidence and overcome her anxiety that our vet told us would only be helped with medication. Our first 1-1 visit, our puppy spent the whole visit hiding behind me, but by the end of the very next one, she was doing agility work and LOVING every single second. You can tell that Courtney knows how to bring out the best in each individual dog, and I cannot recommend Zoom Room enough. It’s made a world of difference for our girl, and I can’t wait to see how she does at the next stage when we enroll her in the group classes!

I can't praise the Zoom Room in Belmont enough. From the moment we enrolled our Golden Retriever mix at three months old, it's been an incredibly positive experience. The Puppy class provided a nurturing environment where our pup not only had fun during guided playtime but also began to pick up essential skills. Progressing to Puppy Plus class, she continued to thrive, and now she's doing great in the Obedience class. We have also taken our puppy to Puppy Playgroup, where the trainers oversee interactions, ensuring a non-aggressive play atmosphere. The trainers maintain a consistent and unified approach, fostering a real sense of community. Recently, I scheduled a private session with Courtney, and I was amazed by her ability to pinpoint exactly what we needed to work on to help master loose leash walking. If you have a puppy or a recently adopted dog, I highly recommend checking out Zoom Room. You won't be disappointed!

Zoom Room has been so good for our golden doodle puppy! I highly recommend puppy preschool for those with puppies who are not fully vaccinated yet. Zoom Room creates a safe space to socialize young pups and start basic training. It really helped our shy puppy get comfortable around other dogs! They have a great philosophy around dog training and stick to it. All the trainers and staff are also very lovely and helpful with all things dog training. They also have a great selection of healthy treats, safe toys, and curated harnesses.

We've been to a few classes and playgroups and really enjoyed it so far. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They meet your dog where they're at and go out of their way to support you. They're quite flexible but the guidelines they have in place are there to help most dogs achieve the best results. I thought my dog didn't need obedience 1 since she knows basic commands but I still found the class surprisingly helpful. My only suggestion is that it might be nice to have some opportunity for socialization during classes as currently you can either attend a play group which is just unstructured socializing or a class which has no socializing between students.

We love zoom room! We first found out about them when my mom had her dogs birthday party here! How awesome is that! You can have a dog party here! We live 45 miles away but coming here is worth it! The trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. Odin just moved up from puppy preschool to puppy training+ and has learned so much already. They sell several items such as treats, toys, enrichment activities, leashes, collars... we trust everything they sell here and have purchased several items for Odin. We highly recommend zoom room!

My energetic 9 month old Golden Retriever has had so much great progress at Zoom Room! We’ve been able to really get his training in check and use it out in the real world. I love how the classes are leveled, it doesn’t ask too much from your pup before they’re ready, which builds confidence in both the dog and the owner. They only use positive reinforcement which we love. It’s because of Zoom Room that we are surviving the rebellious adolescent stage. Highly recommend!

Great place and employees. My 4lb Pom used to shake with fear when we would go to playgroups and classes. Now, she shakes with excitement when we arrive. They are so patient and kind with pets as well as pet parents. I'm so happy I have made the investment in my puppy's well-being.

My cockapoo puppy Rose has been going to the Zoom Room since she was 8 weeks old, and I am really happy with her progress so far! Courtney, Meg and the rest of the team are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and make training fun! Their training style is based on positive reinforcement and their suggestions enable me to continue at home training between classes. Most importantly, Rose and I look forward to every class (especially agility.) I highly recommend you check out their extensive schedule of classes and give them a try... you won't be disappointed!
