The groomer here was a LIFESAVER. My dog's dew claws had gotten way too long and painful to the point that my dog would not let me grind them like I used to be able to do. I passed by Namast'ay on my way to something else and they had their door open so I quickly inquired if they could help me. The woman working there told me to hold my dog while she quickly clipped his dew claws. Before me and my dog could catch our breath, his dew claws were all clipped and the issue was resolved! She didn't charge me, so I cannot recommend this place enough for both skill and customer service. 30 seconds of her effort saved me and my dog so much stress and pain. I could really tell she was experienced and skilled. Next time I need the nails clipped, I am definitely going back here!

What a wonderful, magical place. I first noticed them when I walked my puppy past on the way to training next door and they admired her. It is set up with great attention to detail and the dog’s comfort and safety in mind. A clever door scheme ensures a comfortable handoff with no risk of escape. And everything is open and welcoming with nothing hidden or behind closed doors. It was my puppy’s first grooming and she had an absolute blast. She came out of her grooming so soft, sparkling clean, and happy. It isn’t the closest groomer for us but checks all the boxes and then some. We will return for sure.

I initially enjoyed taking Cooper to Namast’ay for several appointments, but unfortunately, during his last visit, he suffered a razor burn. I promptly contacted Ashley, who advised applying Witch Hazel, but the condition worsened into a hotspot, requiring a vet visit, time off work, a vet bill, and medication, taking two weeks to heal. I notified Ashley and inquired about compensation. She was out of the country and promised to address it upon her return. However, after reaching out post her return, I haven't received a response. This incident has led me to discontinue her services and consider leaving a negative review due to the unresolved safety issue.

They do such an amazing job! Riley has never looked cuter and the dogs are all out and get to play with each other instead of being locked in a cage all day! If you have an aggressive dog I’d keep this in mind, but if your dog is good with other dogs this place is perfect! Super easy to make a reservation.

Ashley has been fantastic. We had a negative experience with another groomer when our doodle was a puppy, which meant grooming appointments were always difficult. Ashely is very patient and no nonsense. She takes things slow and gives our pup breaks as needed but also gets the job done. Over the last two years our dog has gone from cowering and trying to escape when arriving at the groomer to wagging her tail and going in with only gentle encouragement. Highly recommend!

We LOVE Namast'ay! My previous groomer retired so I was left having to find a new groomer for my border terrier. After searching through reviews and recommendations I decided to reach out to Namast'ay. It was a Monday and they were closed but I got a response to my Facebook message the same day and booked an appt for me. The dogs are all allowed to roam together which I think is great. It's no different than a trip to the dog park but instead of leaving a park with a dirty dog you're leaving a dog salon with a fully groomed pup! My dog did awesome and left smelling so good! His cut was absolutely PERFECT and might even be better than all of his last haircuts! I look forward to bringing him back in a few weeks!!
