Polina really helped me as a dog parent to understand how dog works. As much as I loved my pup, I did not understand what I should do to make sure my dog thrives. 5 hours of total training with Polina and my life was changed for the better. in 2021, my pup, Coco, was fearful, easily stressed out, scared of kids, insecure of most things (including fire hydrant and orange cone) and many more. It stressed me out to walk her. I called Polina asking for help. She came and watched Coco for 2 hours while telling me the basic of dog’s behavior. She showed me how to train Coco on daily basis and explained to me how my mindset should be. I could go on and on and on but the most important lesson is 5-10 min of training a day. that’s all. Don’t expect your dog to change instantly. It’s been 1.5 years since Polina and Coco has been thriving gradually. Her recall got way better, she is way calmer now and just last week she played with kids! One thing I never thought would happen. Constant training, discipline and boundaries! Polina is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective trainer. We highly recommend her! She helped transform our rescue, Mocha, from a scared, lunging, needy, and unsocial dog to a happy, confident, (mostly!) calm and loving sweetheart who is friendly with new people and wags her tail at encountering most dogs in open and uncrowded areas (we avoid dog parks). My 7-month old golden retriever puppy Willow has been working with Polina since I brought her home. I had tried group classes, online classes, online videos, etc but nothing was working because until I started working with Polina did I realize none of it was tailored my specific puppy's needs. From day 1, Polina has not only helped me work to fulfill Willow's needs but helped me become a more informed (and confident) owner about Willow's obedience, traits, even diet! We've worked on socialization, leash training, settling, basic obedience, and reactivity and the routines I've learned have not only impressed other dog owner friends, but ones I use with my 11 year old golden! I appreciate how patient, understanding, and even a little tough love Polina has provided, all through a positive reinforcement approach.

We had a wonderful experience having Polina help us work with our two dogs. Her steady, gentle and caring approach helped both our 6 year old Pepper and 16 month old Yuki, settle and be more responsive to commands both in the house and when out walking. Polina worked with me and my dog Milo when I realized I need help to house break him. He was two years old at the time and constantly had accidents. Polina taught my family and myself about basic rules first that build the foundation between you and your dog. Then, through careful observation and detailed information about Milo’s behavior Polina found a right approach to Milo. I learned so much and now I am seeing Milo through a different lens and understand him and his behavior. He stopped having accidents and the whole process was through gentle and positive reinforcement approach. Polina is very attentive and observant, knows dogs and understand their behavior and she truly loves dogs!
