I've boarded my car multiple times over the last 2 years at Cats Inn. At first I was nervous because my cat was young and an indoor cat but ever visit has been a very positive experience. Having on site grooming has been very helpful so his nails have been freshly trimmed when I pick him up. The staff is very attentive and caring. I'm so pleased to have a local, dependable option for boarding. 🐾🐾

We've been boarding our cats Peggy and Pumpkin at the cats inn for years and have always been so happy.

They make scheduling easy, are super friendly and sweet to the pets, provide extra services like grooming and vaccinations and send updates during the stay.

The cats of course prefer to be at home, but as a home away from home, they've never returned too stressed out so I know they felt safe.

I was so nervous getting my shy 11 month old kitty proffessionally groomed for the first time because he’s such a little shy boy. When I brought him in, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and you could tell genuinely liked cats. She asked me if there’s anything they should know about him and asked about his allergies or if he had any. The moment they took him in I felt so anxious about how he would do because he’s so shy and I didnt want to traumatize the little guy, but when I picked him up a few hours later, his fur felt so soft and the grooming job looked very nice. When I took him home, he immediately came out of his carrier and was head bunting and purring like he really enjoyed his time there. Stress and pain free!! They also gave us a little brochure filled out with a progress report and it was just so sweet!! I’ll definitely take my baby there again. Thank you!!!

Our kitten came back with us today after spending 8 days at this cat’s only hotel. As first time boarders, we didn’t know what to expect and were a bit nervous about the whole experience. He was so happy to see us and was in such great spirits! Also the staff there were very supportive and communicative, they sent us photos, told us how kitty was adjusting and even suggested medication when he was unable to go to the bathroom for the first couple days. We will definitely be back! Thank you TCI team for taking such good care of our cat! 🐾

We’ve been booking stays for our kitty at The Cats’ Inn multiple times now. I am always so impressed by how our kitty seems happy and adjusted every time we take him home (we’ve left him various times with 2+ weeks being the longest) showing us how well-cared for our little guy was. The Cat’s Inn has made our travels incredibly easy with their availability for drop offs and pick ups. I highly recommend this kitty hotel to all cat moms and dads out there who want their kitties to be well taken care of while being away! PS they also send us the cutest messages “from” our cat via email while we’re out somewhere traversing the world making it such a unique experience as a cat parent hehe!

The Cat’s Inn has been looking after my beloved 3-generation family of kitties when we’ve been away from home for around 3 years. Usually long weekends or a week to two during vacations. They’ve always been super.
This year was something quite different though, and our fur babies had an extremely long stay at The Cat’s Inn. For 8 months this year; Maggy, Victoria, Sati, and all the fabulous team at The Cat’s Inn have taken care of our 5 kitties as if they were their own pets.
My family and I are utterly grateful and impressed by their dedication and commitment to what they do. They truly love cats!
