i love this place so much.
Kelsey is a wonderful groomer, honestly an artist in my own analysis ?
(PetSuites please promise me you guys treat that woman well. i would go to war for her if I heard something bad?)

BUT:
i have two older bichons
(both 12: jack and jill )
for the FIRST time in our entire (almost 13 years!!!) experiences of grooming services,
they finally come home looking so precious every single time
AND they do not experience any "naked" anxiety they used to have after being "destined" to a complete buzz cut.

would definitely recommend to ANY one who loves their babies.
(especially our old men and old ladies ?❤️‍?)

[context: Jack+Jill were rescues from a puppy mill and Jack suffered a hip injury before we adopted him, so at home brushing was almost impossible & matting became a constant issue. Which most groomers at other "more commonly" known places.]

Our rescue, Scottie, can be fearful of strangers and new indoor environments. The staff at Petsuites are so patient with him each morning at drop-off to let him decompress before they bring him back for daycare, and he has a great time playing with his friends! Very appreciative of everyone there for working with our special guy.

Just moved here from Charleston SC where we had the best, most loving doggy daycare experience and was really worried about finding a place for my dog here … turns out there was a fantastic facility and staff waiting for us here! PetSuites Cordova welcomed her and helped her transition during a very chaotic time for her! We immediately signed up for a monthly pass! Great location and great care!

My daughter took her baby Bullie to be groomed today. Once she got home, she noticed that Princess was severely red and swollen in her private area. Immediately, she went back to ask questions and was given nonchalant answers. The solution was an offer for a discount on the next visit. Never saying what happened to her. She took her to her Vet which caused an enormous amount of money for testing. There is a possibility that she was allowed to come in contact with another dog. This is negligence on the staff’s behavior, and dog rape. Princess has never been involved with another dog. My daughter is distraught and so am I. This will not be the end of this sadness.

We love the Pet Suites of Cordova! They always take such great care of my dachshunds. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, especially when I have a last- minute stay request. I can’t recommend them enough.

Posting under my daughter’s account, my name is Danielle and we recently boarded our 5 month old Boston Terrier, Doc. It is our 3rd boarding with him and just needed to share this experience. The lay time we boarded him, he was so scared when he came home, not sure if it’s related but it did concern us. This time, he stayed May 24-28, picked him up around 5:45. There were no communications from pet suites during the entire stay. When we got home, I noticed almost half of the food I packed him was still there, and I measured exactly what he needed for his entire stay. We did pickup early and there still was double what should have been left. Then i noticed all of his back toe nails were clipped down into the pink and several had red marks where they had bled. I called and spoke with David who told me they did have to clip 1 nail due to him injuring it or cutting it outside, so I questioned why they would have clipped all 10. He did not have an answer and asked if he could have my manager call tomorrow after they spoke with staff. Doc has had a terrible cough since he returned as well. He is up to date on all vaccines and was when he was dropped off on the 24th. Fast forward to this morning, I spoke to the manager Jen, who told me no one trimmed any nails on him and he is extremely hyper and he plays hard and all 10 of his back nails got filed down that far from the concrete outside. I was upset because that makes no sense. If that truly is the case, he would have bled and none of their staff noticed? Where was the communication that he had any kind of injury? Very frightening at the place we trust to watch our babies. It’s clear the staff doesn’t communicate and is very unprofessional.

After her previous groomer (not Hollywood Feed or Erin) constantly complained about her grooming sessions, I decided to try Petsuites in Cordova. Layla had fun during day play and received a great cut from Emily. I’m very satisfied with the service!
