I totally enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was really nice, the room was great, the food as well. We stayed there during my church convention a couple of weeks ago and the time there was great! A special shout out to Shauna the hotel manager, she made it so well worth our stay, her customer service was stellar!!..She was simply phenomenal from start to finish. I definitely would recommend this hotel. If and when I come back to Memphis I will definitely check in here again.

No real complaints at all. Great place to stay for us on our long holiday road trip. The evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool table in the guest area was fun; had not played in years, so was great entertainment. Good location to quickly get to restaurants and to get back on interstate 55. Nice going!

Stopped here for the night driving cross country. It was easy to get into, pet friendly, family oriented. Indoor pool. My kids had a blast. My animals were comfortable and the service was great with helping to get the kids breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel twice on a road trip coming and going back. The first time was fine but the second time was horrible. There was a group of extremely rude Dutch military men staying at the hotel. When we pulled up they were all standing right in front of the entrance to the lobby smoking heavily and drinking. We had a lot of things to unload and they wouldn't get out of the way. We had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get inside.

The lady at the front desk proudly told us this was a going away party for these folks who'd been staying with them for a month. I could not have cared less. We had been driving all day and chose an off highway hotel to get a good night's rest. This is not a party resort. There was a casino across the highway if they wanted to party all night.

We fell asleep early because we were exhausted only to be woken up at nearly 11 pm by loud club music. Every time I tried to call the front desk from the phone in room, it was busy. I had to go back down stairs only to find a huge speaker set up blasting music. It was so loud, you could feel it in the floor on the second floor. Quiet hours start at 10 pm, I should not have had to ask the front desk to tell them to turn it off. They then turned it off for a little while but we were awoken again at nearly 1 am by the music. This time I called the front desk from my cell and she asked them again to turn it off. It should have never been acceptable for them to have a huge speaker like that in this type of hotel.

First time staying at any Tru hotel. Our first room had a bug on the bed when I went to check for bedbugs. It was almost midnight when we arrived. We were given a new room but I couldn’t enjoy my stay after that encounter. The second room could also use some cleaning/dusting. The staff was nice. And breakfast was good.

great hotel. Very updated, millennial modern - rooms, lobby. breakfast. game area. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Room layouts and accommodations were very modern and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel brand.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties including this one two times before. However, during this stay I had a terrible experience. A month prior to my stay I called the hotel and requested the top floor as I have a dog and noises from above cause her to bark. I was assured that this was no problem and they could accommodate that. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see that my room was on the second of four floors. I asked the check-in assistant if she could move me to the top floor. She claimed she had no power to do so and that I would have to speak with Shawna, the night manager. When I talked with Shawna the night manager she was so unhelpful I couldn’t believe it. She stated that she could do nothing because my room had been assigned and she couldn’t change it even though they had top level rooms available. She then blamed the way I booked the room. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t plan on staying again. Terrible customer service! The room was in decent condition, it had a broken shelf and the tub was real slippery to shower in but the price was good for what I got.

An okay place to stay if you’re driving through Memphis. The beds are okay, it’s clean and comfortable, mattress fair. My room was quiet but the room of fellow traveler was noisy with most “activity” of adjacent room transported through sound transferring walls. The breakfast was okay too. The common area of the lobby was nice to share a tale-out meal in. Lots of road noise from I55 close by but I got used to that.
