My dog has a skin condition which requires prescription meds. There has been times when I couldn't afford the whole prescription but these compassionate and caring ppl make sure she gets them. Dr Grissom and staff are professional, efficient, and care about my pets! So relieved to find them!

I find it hard to believe some of those reviews. All of the staff at Oak Park have taken care of my dog since he was 8 weeks old. Dozer will be 4 in December. I have always been treated very well by the staff and Dr. Grissom. My dog has been kenneled there without any issues. They have saved his life on one occasion. I respect them all. I now live in Hot Springs and still drive my dog to Pine Bluff for any issues. Dozer loves them all that tells me all I need to know.

Dr. Grissom and his staff are so professional and caring! My father and mother have always took their pets there and once I started getting pets I always took them there. I have six cats and Dr. Grissom treats them all, from annual vaccinations to spay and neuter even an emergency surgery on my sweet Dexter. He knows them all by name and loves them up each visit. He is amazing at his job. There is no one else I would ever take my pets to. He is very knowledgeable and so are his staff members. Dr. Grissom is by far the best veterinarian in Pine Bluff Arkansas, in my opinion. Thank you guys for always treating my babies well! His prices are fair and you can rest assured your pets are being treated well! I'm very shocked with the negative reviews I've seen here. There are a few reviews I wish I could comment on but I want to assure everyone there is more to the negative reviews than you're being told. This clinic is very wonderful and I never take my animals anywhere else but here. They are the only clinic I trust.

Was going to bring my dogs here, moved back to PB. Purchased pills for fleas, and going to make an appointment for future, plus scheduling one to be spayed. I asked would it be possible for me to go into another area because I didn’t feel safe because there was an unruly pit bull in lobby, lady said I couldn’t go elsewhere, this was the waiting area. Then when I paid for the medicine I was told that they had to pay 30k last year because of credit card use. Really didn’t think I should have been told that, it’s business information. If I didn’t feel comfortable here why should I bring both my dogs here. Back many years ago my parents used this place when it was on 28th. Things change everyday in life but customer service and being courteous should be of importance. I’m sure my bill will be for both my dogs would have been 3 to 4 hundred. New customer, new to the area, but I’ll go elsewhere. The other lady at the front desk never looked up and said hello or welcome we will be right with you. I’m going elsewhere. Being polite goes so far in today’s world. Hope you’re treated better.

Part of pet ownership is loss of a pet. It is truly hard when you lose a furbaby. Oak Park staff handled my furbaby with respect and dignity. They took time to console me, and through this whole interaction they stayed very professional. I just moved in this area, and truly found a vet and staff that cares about animals first. I now know where to go for my other furbaby.

I love Oak Park Animal Hospital! They are wonderful with my baby! Which happens to be a lab. They take excellent care of him! I have been taking my pets there for over 20+ years. They will help you through every life stage with your pet.

Took my furbabies for their annual checkups and vaccinations today. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They love and care about your pets as much as you do. They provide excellent care! Highly recommend!
