Lauren has been incredible in helping my 1.5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Sasha, overcome severe reactivity and fearfulness around other dogs. Before Lauren’s training, walks were a challenge, but now Sasha has a reliable off-leash recall, increased confidence, and even enjoys playing with other dogs. Lauren’s free follow-up classes on the 1st and 3rd Sundays are a fantastic way to reinforce training, build confidence, and socialize. I highly recommend Lauren for addressing behavioral or obedience issues—her expertise and dedication make a world of difference!

Lauren, is an outstanding instructor!
Lauren is very knowledgeable, professional and it was great working with her.
Before our first training session, Lauren took the time to get to know my pup Brandi and discussed our training goals.
After each session Lauren reviewed Brandi's accomplishments and next lesson.
Lauren made training fun for Brandi and educational for me.
I would highly recommend Lauren as your trainer.

Lauren trained our two reactive dogs. She has many years of knowledge of working and training many types of animals. I was really shocked how the electric collars worked so well for our pups. I had tried training them before with treats but that was not successful, it didn’t distract them enough when we were on walks and saw other dogs. In a short time with Lauren’s work, our dogs learned really fast and are now so easy to walk, with little to no reaction when seeing other dogs. And with Lauren’s group classes, makes it so much easier to get that close dog interaction with other owners who have had the same issues so everyone understands how you feel.

TLTR: Yes, you want Lauren to train your dogs!

We originally worked with Lauren to e-collar train our two dogs Beans (5 year old, 17 pound Beagle mix) and Maple (2.5 year old, 30 pound Dachshund mix), which included weekly private lessons & group lessons over a 4 week period. This significantly improved their recall from a distance and leash reactivity.

More recently, our dogs have joined Lauren's day school program twice a week where she picks up & drops off and provides a structured learning day with loose leash walking, off leash walking with e-collars, obedience & work in various spots around San Diego like Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Pacific Beach Pier, etc. They also get structured play and socialization time around her own dogs. If you want your dog to be mentally & physically challenged in a structured environment, Lauren is it!

Lauren is amazing! Our puppy Ollie has been really destructive when we aren’t home and it has been a nightmare. Lauren was able to assess our puppy remotely and provide us a solution with detailed instructions - such a value add. We are so grateful for her time and expertise and look forward to getting our puppy on the right track thanks to Lauren’s advice!

A few years ago I was happy to received a Belgian Malinois and Shepard puppy for Christmas in 2021. As you may know this breed of dog is highly energetic and eager to learn. However, I lack the current teaching methods. Thank goodness for Lauren’s training and expertise. My dog Moose was her first student and she has totally transformed him from being incredibly leash reactive on walks to a model student. Going on walks, he no longer bark
at other dogs or pull the leash, he listens and respond to commands even with many different distractions!!! Lauren did an amazing job correcting Moose’s behavior which has held up from the past few years. He is now a more obedient and loving canine.

Lauren was absolutely excellent with our dog, a Belgian Malinois named Tony. Tony is a broadly good dog who had trouble with leash pulling and calming down around new people. The change after just a few lessons with Lauren was incredible. He’s walking like a champ and we’re taking him out to places that would have been impossible a month ago. She gave us the tools to tell him what we wanted and communicate with him in a way that works, and he seems happier and calmer for it — we all are! She clearly loves animals and we’re so happy to have worked with her. Highly recommend!

Lauren is amazing at her job. She helped us with our three dogs. Before we called Lauren we couldn’t go on walks with all three of them. Now it’s super easy to walk with all three of them. They listen. When we had our baby she even came back to help us introduce the baby to the dogs and set healthy boundaries for all of them. Would highly recommend!
