We took our Shi Tzu here. We brought a photo to make it easy for the groomer. She asked us if "we thought she was stupid?" We should have left but we let them cut & groom our pooch. He had razor burn on his ears, Face, and paws so severe it required veterinary care. We went back to Pretty Pets and made them reimburse us for the groom AND pay the vet bill. Our vet took photos.

OMG!! I can't say enough good things. Staff is awesome. Price to groom my Husky/Malamute was very reasonable and they did a phenomenal job. He looks gorgeous. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!

My Shih Tzu has always had anxiety going to the groomers, but since he’s been going to Pretty Pets he has become so much more comfortable. He’s excited every time he gets dropped off and happy whenever I pick him up, and he always looks adorable!
