Dog Gone Cute Grooming

I have been taking my dogs to Dog Gone cute since the first week they opened. Always loved the First Lady that owned it. The lady that has owned it for the last several years is rude. I ask her to cut my dogs long hair and she told me it would ruin the dog because the hair would not grow back. Really? Then she called me last week and told me she could not accept me anymore as a client because I had missed an appointment And I know I missed one other but I have been taking animals to DHC since the first week they opened. Also. The reason I missed the appointment was because I was in Florida while my mother had passed away. Wasn’t exactly the first thing on my mind at the time. I have recommended so many people to DHC. But would never do that again. Plus her prices just kept raising every year. Started from 21.00 for a bath and haircut to over 65.00 over the years. Buy the machine on Amazon( which is anwesome for under 40.00 and save yourself some money and a snarky attitude from the owner.

Good luck getting your pet serviced here. They say they're open Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, but despite calling multiple times over the past three months they haven't answered the phone a single time.

I have a long haired German Shepherd. They groom her and they do a wonderful job. Unfortunately I’ve heard they’re not taking new clients but you never know because they do a really really good job.

I have 3 puppies and they take great care of them every time they need a haircut! Always so nice and polite. I have never had an issue! My fur babies love getting groomed and pampered there! Highly recommend.

Very friendly and are wonderful with my dogs. They always look great when I pick them up.

This is BEST place I have taken any dog I have owned to get groomed. I have a husky mix who is a little fearful of women. But they handled him with incredible care and loves going back now.

We’ve been taking our toy poodle, Tobey, here for years. We love everyone there and they always do an amazing job. Tobey is aging and is having issues now, but I know I can trust them to do an incredible job and be extra gentle.

Took my 4month old poodle for his first cut a few weeks ago. Because I was running late I just grabbed him and left without looking real close. The first thing I noticed is he wasn't fluffy like he should be after a bath and being back brushed. He was all over me as we headed home so a close examination wasn't possible. When ever I picked up Aussie (our last poodle) he always felt and smelt so good, and he had been to quite a few groomers over his life. Rocky did not feel clean or smell like he even had a bath. On close examination I discovered, his nails not done, they said these would be done, not bathed, not cut the way explained, and even left pics!, didn't trim belly,didn't trim around Tail or a good job around his bum. The whole cut job like a blind person did it, I'm not good at it, but I'm a lot better than these girls!! Because they didn't back brush nothing is even! And to top the whole thing off they charge $45 for this disaster. If I could give a -5 star that would be my rating. Oh, and they we're very friendly, who wouldn't be for that kind of money for doing nothing.
