I bought $50 dog bath package in April 2024 to bathe my giant dog on their self wash facility. I recently discovered this store is permanently closed. I called their Huntington Beach store, and they honored the card they stamp after each bath. Note: Google displays Brea store as open bcuz it takes a while for Google to update. That's what I was told.

Our first try of the self serve pet wash and we loved it! Well, I loved it and Maggie reluctantly tolerated it. We were given 3 towels because she is big and fluffy and there were different shampoos to use. I think the oatmeal smelled the best. Afterwords, Maggie sniffed through the chew stick selections until she settled on a chicken one that looks like a flauta. We will be back! Added some photos, one she is a 60lb wet doggo in the big shower stall and the other one she is clean and fluffy and enjoying her chicken chew.

The staff here is phenomenal. Very friendly and professional! We did grooming for the first time with Brian.
Brian is not only so sweet, he did a wonderful job grooming our Maltipoo. We gave him a reference picture and it was just like the picture!

My wife and I bathed our dog in the store’s pet wash area for the first time. Our experience went smoothly and it wasn’t too hard on our dog. I especially like the bathing stall that’s waist high so washing our dog wasn’t back breaking. Shampoo and towels for drying are provided. Like the friendly staff, too. Also, found some dog toys for gifting at Christmas.

The store is always clean. I love the frequent adoptions they host, and the discounts offered via their instagram account. The only reason I am rating 4 out of 5 stars is more of a personal preference. I would love to see more alternative and locally sourced food options. Definitely recommend this store.

Loved the variety of foods and treats for my senior fur baby. Found hip supplements and treats, that I could not fine at other pet stores. The young lady that helped us was super helpful and nice. Definitely coming back.

This place is very clean and offers an awesome service with its pet wash station. They give you towels and all the shampoo you need. They have 4 options of shampoo to choose and 3 stations. 2 for large dogs and 1 for small. Friendly staff and well-stocked store. Come check them out!
