I can't recommend Pawsitive Paws enough! Harry started going at just 10 weeks old and he's come leaps and bounds since then. I highly recommend the puppy socialization class and basic training class, as they've helped improve my dog's social skills and understanding of commands. Sharmon and her husband Darren are really friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. They're always happy to answer any questions you might have and you can tell they're really passionate about what they do. The classes are more like a fun day out with your dog than a stuffy training session. I'm so excited to keep attending classes with Harry! Thank you for everything!

This review is over due. Last year we rescued a reactive chihuahua/rat terrier mix from Baja. We enrolled our dog in the group basic training early 2024. I could not believe how much this training helped my Winnie girl. The most important thing we learned was "leave it." It makes walks so much more enjoyable as I am prepared to intervene and re-direct my dog quickly. Never did I think that my rescue who was an adult when rescued would benefit so much from this class. Thank you so much for your help.

These are the best dog training classes I've ever been in! Sharmon is warm, witty, and extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of maintaining a positive relationship with your dog. She is capable of quickly understanding her students’ needs and providing useful suggestions. Her presentation is clear, and her style is open and inviting to questions. Sharmon is a delight to work with and can easily teach you to get results. If you are looking for help in training your dog, Sugar and I encourage you to strongly consider Sharmon and Pawsitive Paws!”

Sharmon is professional and knows her stuff. I rescued a sweet, chill doggo but he has major separation anxiety to the point where he hurt himself while the previous family was at work. They couldn’t handle him because they had returned to work. I work from home but run errands and see a few friends, so I’m not gone for very long. I wanted to start working on that immediately. I wouldn’t want him super anxious, imagine if you felt that way and no way to advocate for you! Sharmon is such a wealth of information and tips. I am having positive results after just the first training. She’s busy but responsive and you might have to wait a week or two But I promise it’s worth every penny.

Loved bringing my puppy to Sharmon's classes! Not too many puppies enrolled at once so we're able to get some one-on-one interaction and feedback. Puppy class is open enrollment so my pup got to meet 12+ other puppies without overwhelming him. Clearly value seeing each dog as an individual and don't give "one size fits all" advice.
