Look at this handsome boy! I have never been happier with the grooming 10-year old Mosley has received. He isn't a fan of being groomed and Tracy puts him at ease -- to the point he runs into her studio. Tracy loves dogs. She cares about dogs. She takes great pride in her work and it shows in the quality. Highly Recommend! BTW the google page says Paw Prints is closeD -- but it's not -- she's open for business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been taking my dog Tillie to Tracy since she was a puppy. Tracy gave Tillie her first haircut and I have never let anyone else cut her hair. We decided to leave her hair long and Tracy has taught me how to take care of her hair so we haven't had to cut her back. Every time I pick her up, she looks adorable and smells divine. I cannot recommend Tracy more highly. She loves Tillie as much as I do.

My experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly advise against this grooming service. Despite attempting to reschedule my appointment due to work constraints, I received no response after two days of trying to contact them (text and calls). Consequently, I arrived 20 minutes early for my originally scheduled appointment (since I never heard back from them), which required considerable effort on my part. The moment I got there, I was told, "Well, I canceled you because that's what I understood" and then I was told my dog couldn't return because she "had to draw a line". Despite hoping to discuss the situation, I was left speechless as the groomer walked away not even willing to discuss. This lack of professionalism, empathy, and consideration in communication from the groomer was unacceptable. I left with my small dog, who desperately needed grooming, feeling stranded without a groomer and facing weeks of waiting to secure another appointment and having to find a new groomer. This experience wasted my time and left me thoroughly dissatisfied. While I had initially heard negative reviews about this groomer, my firsthand experience was OK, leading me to believe it would suffice. However, based on this encounter, I strongly advise against using their services. Hopefully, this review will prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.

I have 2 English Springer Spaniels and have tried 4 other groomers in Sonoma and 1 in San Francisco. Each time I was very disappointed in the results. We ask for a basis short haircut with just a little length on the ears and they come back looking all "choppy" and so many areas where hair is left long. When I picked up my pups from Paw Prints they both looked awesome. Smooth hair all around and ears left just the right length! Thank you! Expect me to be a repeat customer.
