Hesby Pet Care is great! Sera and Dan were very responsive via email and text when we were making dog walking arrangements for my 8-month old puppy. Dan was reliable and helpful when I was out of town for 2 weeks. He always let me know when he was on his way, provided a recap of the walk, and sent me lots of photos of my pup! It was my first time being away from my dog for more than a day or two, so it was a big relief to know that she was in good hands. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

I can't say enough positive things about Sera! We've been using Hesby Pet Care in North Hollywood for about 3ish years now for daily walks and overnights when we're out of town. We have 3 dogs, and they can be a bit of a handful, but Sera has always just loved on them unconditionally with no complaints, even when they cause trouble. When Sera walks our boys, we receive updates as to when she's arriving, what business they did and she always includes pics. When we're out of town, we get lots of text updates and tons of videos and pics. We've had some pretty unreliable sitters before, but Sera goes above and beyond for her clients and I am so grateful to have found her as she is truly a wonderful pet sitter and dog walker! The pic attached was when I came home early one day and found Sera carrying our dog down the street after he stepped on a bee and refused to walk (he's a bit of a baby).

The rest is history. Sera and her team have been taking fantastic care of Lucy 5 days a week since then. HPC is always super flexible schedule-wise (I often have changes) and happy to accommodate. Sera is fantastic. First off, her prices are quite affordable. She contacted us back right away by text and phone, and kept in wonderfully regular communication the whole time we were gone. She sent lovely pictures of our cats at every feeding and adapted beautifully to our slightly complicated 4-cat feeding regimen. We had been relying on friends and neighbors for cat care, but wanted a more professional solution. Extremely glad to have Sera on board and give such a dedicated pet watcher some business. We will use her many more times for sure and can’t recommend her enough.
