Suzie and her team are amazing! We have used Fetch for years and are always so happy with how wonderful they are to our puppy dog PJ! We always know he is in the best care while we are away. We always get updates and information/pictures about our dog, which I love! Suzie is organized and easy to communicate with, and our dog loves her! I would highly recommend Fetch pet care for any pets needs. They are perfect pet people!

I have had to travel a bit over the course of the last few months and can’t always find someone to watch my two pups. I am SO lucky I found Fetch!!! Suzie is amazing, and my dogs and I have had the pleasure of working with Maddi, Vanessa and Amber, who have all been so lovely. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that my babies are in the best hands while I’m away! I love watching them get so excited on the Furbo camera when one of the ladies arrives! Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel!

Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. I can’t imagine having anyone but her care for our cats. I highly recommend fetch!

We recently had the pleasure of having Fetch take care of our pet Sahara to be apart of our wedding ceremony and care for her the day of our wedding.

From the moment we first contacted Suzie I knew our dog was in good hands. She was professional, responsive, and showed genuine enthusiasm for taking care of Sahara. Suzie and her team took the time to get to know our dog's routine, preferences, and any special needs, which immediately put us at ease.

During her care the team provided regular updates, including photos and videos, which were a wonderful reassurance that Sahara was happy and well-cared for. It was clear from the updates that our dog was enjoying her time, getting plenty of exercise, play, and affection.

The house was just as we left it, and it was evident that they treated our home with respect.

We are incredibly grateful to Suzie and her team for providing such outstanding service. Knowing that Sahara was in such capable and loving hands allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. This was our first time using anyone but our neighbors to take care of our animals while on vacation so we were a little apprehensive at first. After meeting Suzie we were impressed with her genuine care for our two dogs as well as her professionalism and attention to detail. The Fetch app provided us with the opportunity to list any special needs, emergency contacts or any other instructions we felt were warranted. Suzie provided daily update to the app including several pics along with a narrative describing the activities of her visit. She was also very responsive to any message we sent to her. This provided us with reassurance and peace of mind that enabled us to fully enjoy our time away. We will definitely use her for future trips and recommend her to our friends.

Suzie and her wonderful staff took care of our 3 dogs while we were away at the holidays. They were amazing. They took the time to get to know each dog and adjust to their particular needs—my senior girl wanting gentle pets and attention, while the younger energetic ones wanted their walks and playtime. They sent us pics and updates after every visit and really put my mind at ease. I would use Fetch again without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
