Drooly Dogue is by far the best groomer we have ever used. Our 3 doodles come back to us just perfect.

But the big thing is our little guy, Jack, has anxiety which previous groomers have struggled with. Including giving us a naughty charge for behavior.

This place does not have that problem at all, and we get our ouos back happy.

Jodie did an amazing job on all of my dogs. They are difficult to groom and a lot of groomers aren’t able to get them finished. She got all 3 done and they look amazing. Thank you Jodie for taking care of my babies! We will see you in a few months.

Jody and her staff are so great with our dog. Jody has the patience to figure out how best to make our challenging cattle dog mix feel comfortable. We have been in for nail trims and have added some facial hair trims.
At first, our dog was uncooperative, but by the third time, she was snuggling up and laying her head on Jody’s shoulder. (She is generally not much of a snuggler.) Jody said that sometimes all they need is a little more sweetness. She knows what she is talking about!
I highly recommend her!!!!

My mom had taken my dog for a walk and found a tick on him after. She had trouble fully removing it so I started to call around local groomers to see if they could help me out. A couple others told me they wouldn't be comfortable. This company said no problem bring him right and took care of it right away at no cost. So grateful for that.

Took my dog in and yes he was matted and his hair was long, so I was aware that there was a chance of him needed to be cut short. She told me that he was going to be cut quite short and she would “try to save” some of his face hair but when I went to go pick him up she had completely shaved him. I didn’t say anything because I did agree to cutting him short- I just wasn’t aware that she was going to completely shave him . Upon coming home I realized she had left patched of uncut hair and cut off one of his long precious eyelashes. To top things off I visted another groomer and inquired what they would’ve done and saw pictures of him before and they stated that there was a high likelihood his fur could have been saved with extra work. I wouldn’t have minded an extra charge to unmatt him so that he could have gotten a decent cut, but she completely shaved him. Definitely don’t recommend her!

If I could give negative stars, and report this lady to anyone I would. I would never recommend this place, it isn’t my usual place to take my dog but I was desperate for him to be groomed and my usual place is busy today. I didn’t have an appointment so when I called and asked of a possible grooming appointment for my dog, I though it was so great that I was told “Yea just come by about 12” no other info was taken or asked if me, not a name or a phone number or even my dogs name (which I feel is unusual for an official appointment) I get there at 12, and was made to wait for 20 minutes with no one is sight, still it didn’t bother me because again, I didn’t have an official appointment just thought it was nice they were gunna squeeze us in. Finally someone comes up and my dog who I’ve never seen snap at anyone, tried to snap at this lady, who I am assuming is the owner, I apologized and she proceeded to tell me my Dog is too matted and would need to be shaved, I said “oh, I didn’t think he was that bad, well in that case maybe I’ll just shave him myself, I’ve done it before and I can plan a visit in the near future when he’s not so matted” she then says “I won’t be booking him again since you just wasted my time, so no I won’t see him again.” WOW! How rude! After making me wait 20 minutes before anyone even comes to the front? And I didn’t even have an official appointment! I wasn’t rude in our entire interaction.
