This company lacks proper management of their operations to the point where I was forced to clean dog waste and dog equipment without proper PPE for multiple days at a time. It was a complete health risk and in violation with state laws. The staff are amazing friendly people but would be overwhelmed because we were constantly under staffed which made the work place a hassle.

I was wrongfully terminated in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way possible by operation manager who quite frankly humiliated me by firing me in the street speaking our business openly as people passing by could hear my termination. There was never a professional conversation in the office about the issues that called for concern or a process put in motion it was straight to termination. I didn't get verbal warnings, written warnings, and there was no other management present during my termination. I didn't deserve to be fired like that it was a horrible experience. This company failed to handle the situation professionally and don't deserve to be seen as a friendly business. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to apply here or anyone for that matter.

Jessie is the best groomer! I have a 15 year old mini poodle who does not like getting baths and Jessie takes the best care of my little old man. Super sweet and attentive with him.

The groomer, Ali, is an absolute gem of a human and the best groomer we have ever used. We have had our dog for 8 years and tried dozens of groomers around LA and none of them have ever done what we asked. All the other groomers always just say “our only option was to shave her down completely” (we have a poodle/Bichon mix and her hair can get matted from time to time) but not Ali!!! He did exactly what we asked and actually even better than what we asked!!!

We will exclusively be getting our dog groomed from Ali now!

They are so professional here and take such amazing care of my pup. Any issue that’s happened has been resolved instantly and I feel like my pup is safe when I leave him here.

Last week, I went to drop Lando off at daycare and he had his paws on the gate excited to go in. He walks in with the team and doesn’t look back. He was NOT like this his first day. The team has slowly gained his trust and make him excited to go to daycare.

Grooming services are also great.

Thanks so much for watching Bruce and keeping him safe! It seems like he had a good time and wasn’t as anxious as the last time I picked him up from daycare. My only piece of feedback would be to have some way of sharing a daily pic if someone boards their dog. I know that can be challenging since there’s a lot of dogs to keep track of and that’s the priority but even a simple text would go a long way.

What a great treat for any dog. Everything is just absolutely great!
There is no better place for our pets. My dog absolutely loves this place. They are very caring and compassionate. As for the premises, it is always immaculately clean, spacious and well planned. The crew is very professional, courteous, friendly and eager to help. The service it honestly unbelievable.

They have always been great! Very convenient hours for drop off and pickup and they can handle last minute bookings for someone like me who says yes to a trip a day before going. They’re always quick to call if there are any concerns as well. 60 something a night is a bit steep compared to having a Rover sitter come but I trust this staff more than a random person on an app.
