Bonesboro has always treated our dogs with love and the utmost care. It’s a great place for when you can’t take your dogs with you. My daughter really enjoys working there and has nothing but great things to say about the place. I’m just glad I wasn’t around this evening to hear bitter, disturbed customers like Candace Cope yell obscenities at my daughter. Get a life lady.

I attempted to address my concerns privately through phone calls, but encountered challenges in communication with the management/owner. My intention is not to seek compensation, but to highlight a serious issue: the staff's lack of attention to the dogs' well-being and their safety. Despite my reservations, I decided to try your facility for the first time, hoping for indoor play and socialization as advertised.

However, the experience fell short. The communication regarding my dog's stay was inconsistent and the staff seemed unprepared and unwilling to handle basic needs. My dog was distressed and receiving inadequate care. Particularly concerning was the disregard for her well-being, leading to uncomfortable interactions and even a skin rash.

Furthermore, the staff's misleading representation of her behavior and the lack of transparency in addressing her timeouts are deeply troubling. This disregard for truthfulness and the animals' welfare is unacceptable. We will no longer be utilizing your services. It is disappointing to witness a focus on profit over the safety and happiness of both pets and staff.

I have not used them personally.. but I've dropped clients off for their parents... Staff is friendly and loved the puppies... Puppies are ALWAYS excited to go. And WORM OUR when they get picked up.

My husband and I are not happy with this place at all. We gave it a try over the holiday weekend and we picked our dog up covered in pee. She was extremely dirty. Her bed was covered in pee. When I asked the lady how she did she said my dog wanted to stay in her bed most of the time. I have the friendliest most social dog. That is not her one bit. We take her to daycare just because we know she loves to play with other dogs. My dogs paw is raw and we know exactly why. She does not do well in kennels or crates we have tried it and it appears she was put in one and fromy my understanding they go to these places so they can be free and not have to be locked up, we take her to daycare because we put our trust in these people to love them and they should be treated better then this.
