So I’m not sure who’s in charge of the phone and answering text messages, but this is how my experience went.
Hi, I’ve got two Pomeranians I’m wanting to get groomed. I’ve included pictures of previous grooms and I’d like to know if it’s possible to have them groomed like this.
Their response was this “Hello! Every groomer has their own unique touch grooming but we would definitely do our best to replicate a groom like this.” That’s it. I never replied and they never followed up with me. That was August 12,2020.
Now, I’ll tell you why that upsets me enough to write a 1 star review. To me, this lack of effort means they’ve got enough business and positive word of mouth that they aren’t concerned about getting my business.
If I were them, I would have responded the same way they did, but added “I think style would be a great fit for what your looking for. I’ll have reach out to you.”
Anyway, I’ll find another groomer that will take the time to actually try to get my business.
