Can't recommend enough, the owner Chelsea is a wonderful person and helped me in a rough time in my life. All of her staff are friendly and compassionate and make you feel at home. They did a wonderful job with my pup and she couldn't have looked better. Thank you guys.

We have typically have a good relationship with the staff, but Carrie, was extremely rude on the phone. We are regularly scheduled clients and have had this issue with them writing the time down wrong more than once or not being called when our dogs are finished. We will not be returning. They made a mistake on scheduling and did not send a confirmation text and are now claiming to charge us for the appointment. We are extremely disappointed.

Update: Unfortunately their system must be down for reminders because we received no reminder texts. When we spoke to Carrie we were more than willing to come in earlier than our scheduled time and was shown nothing but rude responses and service. The below response shows a lack of customer support. We will not be returning or recommending this business moving forward.

My 13.5 year dog has never had lice. He doesn't interact with other dogs. Immediately after picking him up from the groomers, he was scratching like crazy. I checked him out when we go home and I thought it was fleas. I talked to ZuZu's and they were offended that I would suggest that he got lice there. I still took him back there the next month and after the grooming I was told to pick him up because he had lice. There not a doubt in my mine that he attracted lice from ZuZu's. Will not be going back. Sucks because they did a great job on the grooming.

Carrie has been more than wonderful with my two monsters!
I have a long haired husky who is an old man and always a mess by the time I am able to bring him in. She still does the most amazing job with him and he loves her, which is saying a lot for how picky he can get with grooming. My other dog is a large German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix with a crazy undercoat who she is fantastic with as well:)
Honestly, the entire staff is amazing and this is the place for any of your pet spa needs.

We've been taking our pups here for quite some time. Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. The cuts are perfection & our little guys/ gal's are happy when they go & quite content at pick up. Can't say enough good about their care & professionalism.

The best groomers! They know each dog and care for their individual needs. Not an over booked assembly line of dog grooming like some places. My dog is only there for the time they need to Work on him as opposed to all day! Seriously, can't say enough good things about all three ladies here!

Been bringing my puppers to Carrie for a couple of years now, after trying a few other groomers in COS. So far, she has been amazing with giving them great cuts, and managing my anxious puppers - one is a scaredy baby and the other a defensive, nippy one. So far so good! Thanks Carrie!
