I traveling to Aspen with my dogs, I did not want to leave them alone in the hotel as we ski. Zeppelin's took in our pups, loved them like their own and also gave them a fresh bath- actual big dog lovers they are which is comforting. We can't wait to come back!

We have a mini golden doodle and took her for a bath and cut. We specifically said, "Do not cut her pony tail or top." They did the complete opposite. Didn't offer any solution or discount, instead they joked about it.
