3 stars is generous considering our experience. The first impression was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating for our pets' stay. It was the pickup that was an issue. Our leash was taken with our pet, and the person that took our pet forgot. No big deal. However, when we asked for it back, it was an argument of whether or not the leash was taken with our pet. After 15 minutes of looking for our leash, I pushed back one more time only to see our leash tucked in between bags of food behind the front desk. If you decide to leave your pet for the night or two, LABEL EVERYTHING, or don't leave your leash. Otherwise, you may lose items you list on your check-in paperwork.
