Kim is hands down the BEST ever! I would never take my dogs anywhere else. I had one dog who was scared of his own shadow and had horrible skin problems. She always used his special shampoo and conditioner, which we just left there. After two washes with Kim, he was in LOVE with her and got excited when he knew where he was going. When my sweet Casper passed away, she gave me a gift which reminds me of him daily! Love her and Rosie. Your pets will be in great hands! Reminds me my kids all need to go in soon!

Well she does not do like I asked her to there was a suspicious area on my dog where I wanted it shaved and she said she can't do it cuz she can't get that close I think honestly she didn't want to get that close or she just didn't want to do it but she had no problem taking my money but no pun intended but I still gave her a tip no out of courtesy and respect but I don't think she deserves it
