Wow! Or should I say WOOF! Bry and Rachel are meant to be around 🐕 🐕‍🦺🐶 They were incredible with our dog Nala. We took advantage of their pick up service, which was smooth, friendly, and professional. Our generally happy dog was even more happy by the end of her boarding. What they are developing at their spot is sure to be a favorite option for locals and people traveling to the Yosemite area via Highway 120. Amazing dog boarding and dog daycare business, located right in paradise! The owners are so kind, courteous, and so naturally skilled with dogs. They made Mack feel at home instantly! The land on the property is gorgeous! There’s so much open free space for the dogs to enjoy! I loved the close proximity to Yosemite National Park, so I had the option of leaving Mack if I needed to do non-dog-friendly activities in the area!

Five Stars All the Way!

I can't say enough great things about Yosemite Tails and Trails! From the moment I dropped my dog Murphy off the first time, I knew my pup was in the best hands. We have since been back multiple times and he is so excited everytime we pull up. Bry and Rachel are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They took the time to learn about my dog's personality, preferences, and needs, making me feel completely at ease.

The facility is spotless, spacious, and filled with plenty of activities to keep the dogs happy and engaged. I loved receiving daily updates and photos of Murphy on one of his multiple daily walks or enjoying cuddle time with Bry and Rachel!

When I picked him up, he was happy, well exercised, and clearly well cared for. It's such a relief to know I have a trustworthy place to bring him whenever I need to travel. If you're looking for a top-notch dog boarding facility, look no further than Tails and Trails. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Yosemite Tails and Trails saved the day for us! Our very anxious dog Nash needed care for the day during our Yosemite Valley excursion. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their immediate love and kindness to him. We highly recommend Yosemite Tails and Trails for any and all dog care needs!

Normally, I don’t do too many reviews, but Yosemite tails and trails definitely deserves this one. To make this kind of quick but a little background history I have a dog named dozer. He’s just about eight years old. I rescued him and his siblings before their eyes were even open back in Texas that was in the beginning of 2017 fast-forward here are 2025. I went through a divorce a few years ago and dozer ended up staying with my ex-husband since then he’s had to sleep outside in either hot, humid weather or freezing Texas cold he was Attacked last year by two other dogs my ex-husband had and almost didn’t make it. But Dozer pushed on through. At the time that I took dozer into my house, we had an older dog named Brodie who Dozer was with day and night. I got a phone call in the middle of December. My ex-husband was arrested so I had to leave California go out to Texas and take care of everything out there. Come to find out it was time for Brodie to cross the rainbow bridge. I can only imagine what dozer was going through and the last few years everything he knew got turned upside down for human that raised him along the kids that raised him, and the only other pets that he’s known in his life were gone. I arranged for transportation to have dozer shipped from Texas to California because I couldn’t fly with him due to the airports around me did not have a cargo area if that even makes sense so dozer was transported to me over here in Groveland, California, but I still had some things I had to take care of in the Bay Area And I couldn’t bring dozer with me.
I went onto the Nextdoor app and was looking for a pet sitter when somebody recommended Bri from Yosemite tales and trails while hesitant because I’ve never Used a place like this, and all the trauma that dozer have been through in the last couple years I wasn’t sure how it would go. I reached out to them on Facebook and got an immediate response. Bree was super friendly. She even came right to my house and picked him up. She stayed in constant contact with me. I honestly thought that dozer was gonna have a hard time, but it was really really good to see That he was actually having probably the time of his life or the best time that he’s had in quite a few years. I’m very blessed and thankful for them. I even needed to extend his stay a little bit and they were completely OK with it. They are very reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier. In fact, if for some reason something ever happened to me, I would definitely want dozer to go live with them. I will forever book this place for dozer over and over again when needed. Thank you so much to somebody details and trails for taking care of dozer and having that wonderful beautiful God-given space and land for him to safely roam around with you guys. I’m very very much appreciate everything they have done for me.
