This review has been long overdue! We only board our dogs here! They work with us if we have any problems, and communicate throughout the day. Although they lack camera’s to monitor the pups, they do provide you with daily updates with pictures of your dogs through text. The facility is spotless, and clean and I appreciated that they showed us the back of the area where the dogs are kept! From the Nextdoor app to colleagues, etc., I normally suggest this place to everyone. Even my doggies always look forward coming to Yepes!

Our first grooming experience was amazing. We received a cute little picture (attached) and and when we went to pick him up, he acted like he didn't want to leave. Laura, we love you and thank you!

We recently did an overnight board with grooming. This was his first time being away from us without any company whatsoever (he use to stay with my parents or home for a few hours with his kitty siblings). His grooming was spot on like always, so thank you again Laura! He was beyond ready to go when he saw us. We'll try boarding again and see what happens.

Maybe because it was an overnight stay and because we were there waiting on his grooming to be finished, but we didn't receive any cute pictures or notes/report card on how he did. Just a little complaint, but we'll continue using them because they're amazing and nicely priced!

UPDATE: 8.28.2024 - We did boarding again (6 days/5 nights) and we received pictures of our baby boy and even a picture of a staff member who was playing with him. Seeing how happy he is gave us a peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our vacay while he was kinda on one as well. Thank you Yepes for never disappointing us or disappointing Shadow!

Today was my first day with my 🐕.
I just found him on the street and I decided to rescue him.
I took him to YEPES. For a haircut, they were very kind with me and w/my dog 🐕 ❤️
LUCKY.
I was so surprise with he's hair cut.
Thanks Laura for taking care of Lucky even he didn't have a appointment. That's how they care about animals there

First time boarding my pet and Yepes made me feel secure that my Doberman puppy would be given the same regimen as if he would be at home. The reception is kept very clean and staff is friendly.
Cool fact: they have beautiful peacocks, chickens, roosters on the land and 5 lemurs!
Will definitely keep using them for future boarding!

This was our dog’s first grooming appointment. He’s 5 and has never had a real grooming appt!! He’s super skiddish but they took great care of him and make things seamless for us. He came back to us completely transformed and happy. I’m so relieved he had a good experience and that they took such good care of him. They even clipped his nails which we’ve always struggled to do on our own. So so glad to have found yepes hotel & grooming!!

We love Yepes. Our pups are safe and well taken care of when we need to travel. We get picture updates and know we can relax because they are ok. Great people. Granddaughter loves the lemurs and all the other animals she gets to see when we go.

We love Yepes. Our dog is incredibly anxious and gets stressed when we aren't with him, and he seems to do pretty well during his stays here. They are easy to communicate with, which is a huge plus. Sometimes we wish we had more photo updates (maybe a photo a day), but I'm sure if you texted them for an update or photo that they would be happy to send a couple. The facility is beautiful and has recently been updated. They seem to love animals due to the wide range of animals on-site. Great customer service here and much better care than what we have experienced with the few times we used pet-sitting apps. We definitely recommend them for boarding or daycare!
