Olive’s behavior made a complete 180 from not getting in the car at all, whining and barking, not coming when called…to being the perfect companion…no more whining, good recall and happily getting in the car! She went above and beyond in training and in care for Olive…she even came and helped her and the dog sitter when I was out of town. 10/10 and highly recommend her dog training services!

We reached out to Kelly to give us some pointers to help our cat-obsessed dog relax around a new kitten. Over the course of an hour and half, Kelly told us what we were already doing right and dispensed great tips and advice for breaking our dog's fixation. Four days later, we were able to declare success! We can redirect the dog, she listens when we tell her she's being too much and needs to give the kitten space, and she lets him sleep without bugging him relentlessly.
Without Kelly's help, I'm sure it would have taken months to get to this point, if we ever got there!

In the midst of the madness finding a trainer during a big life transition for our family, Kelly was a godsend! Even in just the 15 minute phone consultation we had, she instilled a sense of confidence that was missing for my fur baby. My partner and I had four training sessions with Wunderdog and with no hesitation, I can tell you our life has changed in the best way possible for our animals! What I love about working with Kelly is how much she customizes our puppy Cali’s training sessions. One of the most valuable lessons was when Cali started ‘resource guarding’ a special toy or bone. We adopted a 3 year old basenji chihuahua mix (Mitzi) who was in a state of very high anxiety. If she had ever had any training, it was all buried under this layer of fear and hyperactivity. We knew we had to get training for her and us to decrease the frustration we were all experiencing and researched trainers to find one who uses Force Free training. Since these highly effective trainers are in such great demand, we were afraid we wouldn't be able to engage one, but got very lucky to find Kelly Vaillencourt.

We began training with Kelly and were pleased to grow into the constructive development of behavior which is mutually beneficial for Mitzi and for my husband and myself. Our goal has been for her to free herself from the destructive behaviors of stress so her personality can find happy and content ways of expression. We were looking for a dog with whom we could enjoy a loving and intimate companionship, filled with trust. We are all coming, together, to that relationship. She is eager to move to each new phase of training, and we are having great fun watching her grow.

Kelly's diligent and intuitive training has provided us with a structure to achieve our goals. After each training session, she follows up with emails to provide reinforcement, additional knowledge and support.

We are so grateful for Kelly's understanding, skill, knowledge, training and love for dogs. Without her, this story could have had a much less happy ending. We are learning patience and understanding through her guidance, and the result is a very happy dog and her two people.
