Words can not express how happy we are with the work JD has done with our Australian Shepherd. He took him confidently and addressed all of the problems he had and made him so much more obedient. We are truly happy with his work, our dog is very well behaved and we loved having the YouTube videos updating his progress and talking through his process. If you have an issue with a dog, take them to JD, he has such an amazing skill set and is so incredibly diligent in what he does! I would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone, this is the person you need to correct a dog’s behavior!

Shelby was aggressive towards other people, had a jumping problem, and absolutely no time on a leash, within 2 days JD had her walking on a leash like a pro and her jumping was greatly improved. I was nervous to leave her with someone for 2 weeks, JD was kind enough to let me stop by and see her basically any time. Her daily improvements were impressive to witness. Now, 4 months later Shelby will allow guests to walk through the house without aggressively barking at them, she rarely jumps, and I can trust her on a leash with my 3 year old! Woofter’s top dog is worth every penny and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I hope JD is around doing this for a very, very long time because I’ll send every dog I ever have to him. He’s a freaking dog whisperer. I sent my two year old Labrador to him for 3 weeks. Prior to going to JD, my dog was a wild one - couldn’t walk him without pulling my shoulder out, couldn’t have friends over without him irritating everyone in the room.. simply put, he was a very disobedient dog. After spending 3 weeks with JD, I can walk him off leash, his house manners are much better, he responds to commands promptly. Being able to walk/run him without a leash is mutually beneficial for both him and I. The only downside is JD will make you want to get another dog just so you can send another one to him. You really will love your dog more after sending him/her to Woofter’s Top Dog.

I’m so grateful for JD and how talented he is at what he does. He made my dog into a perfect dog without taking away his personality which is amazing. Thanks for all you did, JD!!

I took both of my pit bulls to JD for his four week board and train program in hopes of correcting dog aggression and leash behavior issues and I can honestly say that I did not have high expectations for success. I am happy to say that not only was JD very attentive and professional with both myself and my dogs, but his program is one of the best ones I have found online and both of my dogs picked up the training very quickly and now months later, can be walked on or off leash, can sit, down, stay, place, and heel very well. Even after the training was done and my dogs were home, JD was happy to come to my home and work on some minor things with myself and my dogs on his own time as well. To anyone who thinks that cheaper is better when it comes to dog training, I urge you to remember that you get what you pay for and in the big picture of things, JD's pricing is more than fair. I have and will continue to recommend him highly to anyone looking for quality professional dog training!

JD at Woofter's Top Dog has been great. When we got our 7 month old German Shepherd back he nailed a full 1 mile walk at a public park with people and pets everywhere. Gunnar still does pretty well but we regularly have to work through maturity issues. What's been great about JD is he actually came to our house and worked with us one on one after his training. Great guy and you can tell he loves what he does. We'd recommend Woofter's Top Dog to anyone.

We brought my father-in-law's rescue dog to JD for help with high anxiety, separation anxiety, difficulty focusing, high prey drive, etc. The alternative was rehoming the dog. Before going to Top Dog, Benny was on 100mg of trazadone twice a day to help manage his anxiety. JD helped him with confidence and focus. Benny listens and obeys commands, no longer forces his way through doors, calms down much more quickly than he ever has. I finally feel like I can work on fine tuning his behavior now.

I know that many people will balk at the cost ($2200 for a month of training), but when you consider the time, care, effort, cost of boarding etc, it's well worth it. JD did an amazing job with Benny. We are extremely pleased, and highly recommend Top Dog for any dog with behavior issues, and for getting even puppies off on the right foot.

JD was our last hope for our furry guy. He was dog aggressive, people aggressive and we were all miserable. We sent him to Woofter's Top Dog for the 4 week board and train. I was SO afraid Bo, our dog, was going to bite someone and that would be the end of it. When he first met JD, he had NO confidence, no leash manners, and had to be kenneled any time we had people over. I hardly recognized the dog we picked up 4 weeks later. He loves going for runs and walks around the neighborhood now. He is an actual part of our family now instead of the crazy animal we had little control over. I honestly can't thank JD enough for the work he did with Bo. We rescued Bo but I feel like JD rescued us. I would recommend Woofter's to ANYONE that has a furry friend in need of some obedience. They are amazing!! Thanks again JD!!
