The team at Woof & Wash took the time to listen to Benny’s story and really understand his needs. They assured me they could handle him with care, and they were absolutely right. The first appointment went so smoothly—it was such a relief to see Benny feeling calm and comfortable.

When I picked Benny up, he looked amazing, and for the first time, he wasn’t stressed after grooming. Since then, we’ve been coming here regularly, and Benny has completely turned around. He’s calmer, happier, and even seems to enjoy his grooming appointments now!

I have been bringing my dog to Woof and Wash for the past three years. A few months ago, I noticed a significant price increase during one of my visits. When I asked about it, I would have appreciated an honest explanation, such as acknowledging that the price change was due to the implementation of new electronic systems to improve appointment scheduling. Instead, the manager rudely insisted that the prices had not changed, leaving me feeling dismissed and questioning my own observations. The good thing is, I was already prepared to move on, as my dog doesn’t seem to be as comfortable under the new management when I drop her off.

I wish I had taken pictures, but we brought our 10-month-old husky pup in, and she looked pretty rough—like she’d been living on the streets. When we picked her up, she was completely transformed! She looked amazing, like a whole new dog. We’ve never had her hair trimmed before because I don’t have an artistic eye, but they did such a beautiful job. 10/10 would recommend!

I went to this place because of the reviews and i was so happy cuz you can walk ins ! So I explained to groomer name Carlos what need to be done and show the picture the style of haircut for my corgi ! After 2hr when I came I almost cried when i saw my corgi the groomer messed up my dog haircut he shave all my corgi hair totally naked ? i hope it will grow back ! Tey should know better that bad for a corgi to shaved double coat i feel so depressed about it i feel bad for my corgi ? before and after picture of my corgi !

Needed a same day appointment and they were happy to take my dog! I am so grateful for them. They groomed my baby perfectly. The workers are so friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price was reasonable and they were done with my dog so quickly! They defintely saved the day considering my dog was in dire need of a good wash and groom. We have found our new go-to for my doggy’s grooming needs.
