Looking for comfortable and calm but affordable grooming/boarding? Then call Josh and Emma! My pups had such a wonderful weekend at Woof Valley! I've never boarded my fur babies before as they are usually babysat by family because I never felt confident or comfortable with boarding before, but I'm 100% confident in boarding my babies with Josh and Emma! We got one of our pups nails clipped too, and they look great, I think I'm gonna book more spa services for both pups on their next visit! Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing y'all again! 🐶🐶

I am absolutely thrilled with this groomer. They treated my dog like she has always been going there and I had such an ease leaving her there for grooming. Becky did an amazing job with Mia and she will have a furever client. That you you so much!!

This facility was really gross—the yard had old, white dog poop, which clearly shows they don’t clean regularly. It’s definitely not a place I would trust to leave my dogs. The yard where the dogs are kept is smaller than my bedroom—tiny and overcrowded. The owner didn’t seem to have any real knowledge about dog welfare. The kennels my dogs would’ve stayed in looked like collapsing death traps, and the playroom was packed with dogs and had zero hands-on supervision.

I still haven’t found a daycare or boarding facility I fully trust, but this place was a definite no. The owner even told me that my high-energy dog would need to be on sedatives the whole time—he’d rather drug her than provide proper play and exercise. It’s clear this place is about profit, not the well-being of your pets.

You’re better off finding a Rover pet sitter who cares for dogs in their home or hiring someone to come to yours. For legal reasons, I won’t name the local business I did end up finding, but they take excellent care of my dog and cats. They are definitely perfurred by my pack over this inhumane facility.

We have taken our dog, Willow, to Josh for her baths, grooming, boarding etc. since she was born. We live in Jonesborough, 5 minutes from his old location and we are willing to drive further to his brand new business in Elizabethton because they are JUST THAT GOOD!! We won’t trust anyone else with our girl! Just toured Woof Valley at Willow’s last visit and to say I was impressed is an understatement! So thrilled with this new place! Willow has everything she needs.

Our would revolves around our two Maltese babies . So making sure they are well cared for in our absence is very important to my wife and I. Emma has our absolute trust and she does an excellent job with our two little ones. We have never once been disappointed not even a little bit. I feel they go out of their way to make sure we are happy. I would not consider going anywhere else.

We’ve been looking for a new groomer after several bad experiences. A friend recommended Woof Valley and we love it! Our little Schnoodle finally looks great and we are happy with the experience. Highly recommend Woof Valley! Emma is a sweetheart and does excellent work!

Without a doubt the best groomer around!
Folks after Helene hit, we lost everything- & we have 4 Goldendoodles with no home - we had no home and no vehicles- Josh actually offered to board ALL of our FOUR Goldendoodles for FREE until we were able to get back on our feet - and I mean he offered this for MONTHS AT NO CHARGE!
I cannot tell you what that meant to us!
That was an INCREDIBLE act of kindness!!
Fortunately, we were able to foster our dogs out - but, i will NEVER forget what Josh offered! And HE DID NOT HESITATE!
Josh is quite a remarkable human being.
That being said, he's also quite a groomer too!! 😎 - folks, this man deserves all the business in the world - there's just not a better place to intrust your pups well.being than with Josh at Woof Valley!
He's solid as they come.
