For more than a decade, I have entrusted Susan with my dogs’ care when I am traveling. She is a consummate professional and takes beautiful care of my golden retriever, rescue lab, and terrier. Her facilities are extremely clean, double fenced, and climate controlled. Dogs have private fenced areas or share an area with a dog or dogs that Susan has tested compatibility with and supervised to ensure happy and safe play time. Susan personally takes care of your dog and lives on the property. I highly recommend Woodside Dog Camp to any one who wants the best for their furry family member.

Susan is the best! It's clear that she loves dogs. They get a lots of attention, lots of outside time and she has the facilities to either separate nervous dogs who don't do well with other dogs and big open grassy yards that are great for active social dogs. I will send my dogs and recommend this place to my friends as well.

My little dog had a great experience at Susan’s. Duke had a little bedroom for him and he could go outside as he pleased. It was a nice area for him to see around what was going on. Very comfy as he is a nervous dog but did well here.

Love Susan and her dog training. We took our dog for two weeks of training and he came back a changed pup. Ever since we have been taking him when we go on vacation and he loves it. Highly recommend Susan if you are looking for training or boarding.

Susan is rude and unprofessional! She made us wait a half hour outside her gate when we arrived at the time that we agreed to. When we were finally allowed to come in, the kennel was dirty. When we picked up our dog she handed me his dog bed and when I went to place it in the car I discovered it was saturated in pee! My dog has never peed in the house and it was clear to me that she wasn’t even letting him out in the dog run. She kicked and hit a small older dog with a swiffer mop that was running around. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with anyone caring for my pets! There were many things that occurred but much too long to go into detail . The only thing I can say is please, please don’t leave your dog here!

I am currently deployed and asked my boyfriend to bring my Boykin spaniel here to get groomed, as we just moved to the area and I saw they had a picture of a Boykin on their website. We specifically asked that he not get a haircut, despite her arguments ("Why have a spaniel if you don't want a spaniel cut!?" Because he's my dog, lady). He dropped the dog off and went to get cash (she only accepts cash), and came back to a dog who uncannily resembled Lord Farquad from Shrek. When he mentioned that he told her NOT to cut his hair, she told him "Well when you're old, sometimes you just do what you want!" So, don't take your dog here unless you want him to look like whatever SHE wants him to look like. We will not be back. The search continues for a good groomer.

Susan has looked after our young dog since late 2021,she has stayed with Susan many times since then and we couldn't be more happy with Woodside Dog Camp
