My horses went to this facility in very poor condition..underweight and lethargic. Chrisi not only guided me through what we could do to improve their health but also went above and beyond in feed and supplements. My girls look and feel absolutely amazing.

They are both in training and getting tuned up for my first ever shows. I’m excited to be here and see where it goes from here.

Jordan has been an amazing trainer and never fails to guide me where I need help the most! Out of every trainer I have met, Jordan has been the best. She is very passionate about what she does and is wanting the best for her students to grow successfully. If you're looking for someone who will teach you about horsemanship and will coach you to be the best rider, she is the one to pick.

I took my 3 years old daughter for horse riding lesson, the trainer “Jordan” was so patient and amazing with my daughter and the horse, my daughter learned a lot as a first class, the place was very clean and organized. I am very satisfied and definitely will continue taking my daughter to her lessons.

After doing some research to take my daughter to have her first horse riding experience, I had finally settled on doing business here. My husband is also a veteran and I saw that that happens to matter to the people who do business here.

I had called their number directly to be then directed to another number of a “Jordan Watkins”, one of their horse riding instructors.

I had sent him a text stating that I was interested in setting up a time for me to bring my daughter. Things were fine at first as we were going over a scheduled time and what would be included.

I had picked a time when I had off work to be able to bring her upon hearing from him that this time slot was available. I thought that had been decided upon when we had both settled for Tuesday afternoon the 17th of this month.

He then proceeds to send me another message stating that he had filled that time slot to which my reply was thus…

“ I only had Tuesday off. That’s very disappointing since you told me you had Tuesday open and I was trying to schedule that with you. I find that to be rude and inconsiderate. I won’t be scheduling anything with you and hope in the future you find a better and more respectful way to do business with people. Otherwise it will cost you your reputation and in so doing cost you people who were willing to pay for your services.”

I hope you find a way to take better care in how you treat others and their time. This is sadly a poor reflection upon the equestrian center, even if this is just one man’s actions, you still represent something bigger than yourself and should have the understanding and the decency to do business the right way.

We have been looking at a couple facilities to board and take lessons and we ran across the woodlands riding and equestrian center. We came out to take a tour and we cannot say enough good things, the facility was clean, super convenient, and the staff was wonderful! We will 100% be back and have fallen in love with the place!
