My dog was sprayed by a skunk last night. Despite my best efforts with homemade remedies, he still smelled awful. I found this spot via Google and decided to give it a go.

I was maybe 20 ft into the shop when the clerk asked me if he was sprayed. She helped me find a solid enzyme shampoo and was great overall.

The process was easy and straightforward to use their baths. Would for sure come back.

Very convenient, great selection, fair prices. Also locally owned with a helpful staff… what more could you ask for in a pet store ? I really appreciate Mary she’s was really helpful with and attentive when I was dealing with the three ring circus involved with bathing my stubborn basset hound, thanks Mary!

Amazing customer service from the staff &miles was a pleasure very kind amazing attention to detail and the self wash is great value for your dollar i would give 6 stars if i could cant speak enough good things about this establishment and miles and the staff they treated my girlfriend and my service dog eros and i with the utmost respect and quality service we are from socal and when we are in thr area we will gladly come back to woodlands pet food and treats. A bit shocked at the costumer service. I’ve been a loyal costumer to this store, paying a premium for over priced dog food for the last 3 years, but do like supporting smaller/community businesses.
From all my purchases I earned a free dog wash… When I went to use it, they would not honor it, telling me it was past 90 days (two weeks to late)…and there was nothing they could do… Not only was I never told it had expiration date… the cashier was extremely rude about it.
A 15 dollar dog wash is not a big deal. It’s the principle, I’ve been a loyal costumer then treated like none of that meant anything, and pretty much told to f-off.
I paid for the dog wash but won’t ever spend another dime in this store, my business is going elsewhere.

This was awful! I came in desperate for flea relief for my dog. The recommendation made it worse and the poor thing is at the vet. I went for a refund at Strawberry and was told a manager could only help. I was given a refund but initially asked if I would take a store credit!!!! I called the Bon Air store and the manager hung up on me and made the situation 100 percent worse. She actually said... write whatever you want I don’t really care ! For a luxury pet store to be so rude and unkind is beyond me. My dog is suffering and that is the response? Please don’t shop at this store.

The DIY dog wash is super cool. We fit both of our large dogs into one tub at the same time! Its only $15 for twenty minutes of wash and dry time including your choice of 3 different shampoos.
