I would like to share my experience with Woodland Pet Resort, I would like to also thank Woodland Pet Resort and all their employees that took in my beagle when I had surgery, first off they took care of her first class they played with her. They made me completely relaxed just by talking to them on the phone. I could tell they were going to take good care of my dog. Layla enjoyed her stay there and I gotta say this next time I have to have surgery which will be soon. I hope to have Layla right back here at Woodland Pet Resort to be taken care of properly with care and compassion to not only the animal, but to myself thank you again from my heart….. Just started taking my puppy here and she seemed to love it. She came home and was exhausted, even the following day. The staff was very friendly and patient when she was scared to go in the first day. I'll keep bringing her back as long as she's welcome!

Our dog went here for boarding while we were on vacation. She was supposed to receive a bath and had her entire long, beautiful tail shaved off to look like a giant rat. Worst “bath” ever. Last photo is June 12, her last grooming session with her tail for comparison.

Bonnie has boarded here a few times and she always comes back happy and relaxed. I have been very pleased with the care she has received.

Exceptional care and interaction is given to my pup Reilly every time. He's always happy to see me. But when I drop him off each time I travel, he just runs away happily with whomever is assigned to him. Its safe to say Reilly loves it at Woodland. He gets so excited a mile or so out in the car.

I definitely recommend Woodland.

I originally contacted them and explained our situation over the phone. They took down our history and information and had to talk to their groomers. Amber was adventurous and brave enough to attempt grooming our dog. Woodland Pet resort is a very caring place and Amber is an absolutely amazing groomer. We have a 4 year old mini Australian Shepard that was rescued from a puppy mill at 11 mths old. She is fearful of many things, but especially new situations and strangers. Men in general, and loud noises or fast movements. We informed her of her history and arrived with a basket muzzle on Sadie for safety reasons. Amber was soft-spoken and patient with our pup. Which resulted in trust which allowed Amber to groom her without the muzzle! She's seen her two times now and at the last visit Amber was able to do a full groom which included her nails! In the past I had to bath her, dry her, trim and clip her hair and do her nails myself. This is such a big relief and Sadie gets professional grooming. Their prices are very reasonable and they get the job done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone with animals. They've helped make our lives so much easier!

My doodle gets groomed here regularly, and he always looks amazing! What really made an impact on me though was when I took my bully breed in for a nail trim, and told them he was very sensitive and easily spooked. They put it in his file and then proceeded to be extra sweet to him and I heard the staff in the back cheering and giving him love during his appointment. He was very happy and easy going when he came out and I’m not worried that he will be nervous in the future. Above and beyond for my sensitive boy!

My pup always receives the best care here. All of the staff take a vested interest in caring for every pet. I love that they post pictures and videos daily so you can see just how much fun they are all having!
