Love this place. One day I may have my own chickens, until then I enjoy my neighbors (they love my big yard). So every month I come to buy some treats. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable so if you have questions, just ask.

They have the best service in Napa County. Every time I go there everything I need is always in stock. If you have ANY animal needs please visit here first! You will not be disappointed. Most prices are lower than you would find in any chain pet/feed store. Great quality products and my animals have never been healthier.

Great local business! The staff is soo friendly! I bought about 2 dozen chicks here and ALL were female. I have heard from alot of people the opposite happened with them but maybe they are using a new supplier now.

Finally bought my 3 baby chicks. Wendy came out to count how many each of us waiting in line wanted. So with only 109 chicks and everyone buying multiple those at the end of the line didnt wait for nothing! Great customer service.

I drove 40 minutes over to look at their chicken coops because the owner refused to tell me dimensions over the phone. I have 4 new chickens so decided to make the drive (mistake #1) The owner hates children and came short of yelling at my children without cause. After that I promptly left without buying anything. I'll order online with Tractor Supply Co. and advise others to do the same and spare themselves from poor customer service at this place.

I buy food for my chickens here all the time. The service is quick and the prices are fair. The big dude behind the counter could be a bit friendlier, but I guess one does not go to a feed store to yuck it up with the man behind the counter.
