this boarding facility has a large indoor arena, 2 outdoor arenas, one large and one smaller, 2 round pens one covered one open, and lots of stalling for horses including indoor with paddocks, paddocks, turnout, and sheds. there are goats which attract a lot of flies, though.

Started off enjoying my time here to knowing for the price there are better options. The alfalfa they had given my horse I would constantly find bones and trash in. Barn management doesn’t fix anything that is listed on the “things that need to be fixed board”… the auto fly spray system constantly had issues. Horses turned out in all 3 round pens. The bathroom toilet had water leaking onto the floor. Many horses that would never never never leave their stall and at one point had a horse boxed in with a tarp covering the whole front panel for months. Oh and my favorite is barn manager doesn’t reply to texts or calls you’d have to happen to see her out at the barn to get ahold of her. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place is beautiful and has potential to be a top boarding facility!

I moved here from another large horse complex in Woodland. This place has made a huge difference in my horse's health. My horse is allergic to rice hulls, which is their bedding, and they quickly switched her to shavings, which are abundant. Stalls are well maintained and even the stall runs are cleaned. Everything is cleaned several times a day...no blowers here...staff sweep the aisles to minimize the dust level. The indoor arena has great footing and there are several arenas in which to ride, based on your discipline...trail, jumping, dressage. Staff are responsive, always on-site, and there is a great lounge area as well with vending machines, microwave and refrigerator. All in all I couldn't be happier with this place.
