I really enjoyed coming here today. I was greeted warmly and felt like family. As I walked around the store was nicely laid and everything was easily accessible. They had a nice selection of floral, and vegetable plants. They also had floral arrangements available. I would go out of my way to visit here again. Thank you for the good experience.

I’m surprised at the number of good reviews. The customer service is disappointing. I called and asked to send flowers to a funeral home that is five minutes away from their store. I was in a little bit of a bind in that the funeral was in two hours. The woman answering the phone refused to help and said she’d already sent flowers for the day. When I called the funeral home, the director said it was OK to send more flowers and they had not yet made their delivery yet. I called back and asked to send some thing and was again refused. I believe the response was that the Director needed to look at his window. Wow. Business must be good if it’s too much trouble to send a $50 plant five minutes away.

Williams has friendly service & a some nice lawn decorations. Limited choices of of garden plants & flowers. Which were all over grown & over priced. They could offer more at lower prices if they grew the plants themself instead of ordering them from elsewhere. Still lucky to have them since no other place in town offers flowers or plants.
