I cannot share how wonderful Wild Hearts is! My little doxie mix, Dolly, had emergency spine surgery for IVDD, in March a week before I had a work trip that was planned since September. Luckily, her MedVet team highly recommended Wild Hearts if boarding was needed during recovery, and it was the best decision I could have made! They took such great care of Dolly, helped with her PT/rehab, and she was back on her feet by the time I came to pick her up! They also had great communication giving me peace of mind the whole time!

We are 100% certain that Erin and all the staff at Wild Hearts are angels on Earth. Our dog had lost all mobility and as he is such a big dog, we knew his recovery was not something we could have handled on our own. We called Wild Hearts from the referral of our neurologist and boy, truly what a saving grace it was. Our boy was there for a week of in-patient physical therapy and boarding. Not only did we get daily updates in text messages and videos/pictures, but we were able to visit everyday and would get detailed PT instructions for when we were planning on taking him home. I don't think we could ever thank The Wild Hearts staff enough for putting such care and compassion into helping our dog get back to walking on his own! I will always recommend them for any physical therapy or special needs boarding.

Wild Hearts - What a wonderful place! Our sweet dog, Hans, had TPLO surgery and we were worried sick about going on a trip we had planned for months and not having a place for him to go that would understand and willingly follow his care plan. We found Wild Hearts and connected with Erin, who put out minds at ease immediately. She was super responsive and hopped on a call with us to talk through their process.

Hans stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and we trusted he was being cared for (and might I say even spoiled) by the Wild Care staff. Denise, Jamie, and Erin sent us text updates and pictures, took him for walks outside in the yard, and he even got to hang with some of the other pups. They got him all set up in his own little area and he was settled, safe, and cared for.

We're so grateful for the team and Wild Hearts for taking care of our boy!

The team at Wild Hearts is incredibly helpful, compassionate, and approachable. I used their physical therapy services and couldn't be happier with my dog's progress and the support and communication I received along the way. I recently used Wild Hearts' pet sitting services for a weeklong trip and they did a wonderful job! One of my cats needs seizure medicine three times a day, and Wild Hearts was able to work with her med schedule and come to my home for visits so I didn't have to board her, which I know made a huge difference in her stress levels while I was gone. They were also super kind and accommodating about a last-minute medication addition, which was a huge relief. I got updates and adorable pictures every day. I was so worried to leave my babies for so long, but they were in great hands. I highly recommend Wild Hearts for any pets with special health needs!

Our 15 yo doodle came down with an episode of old dogs vestibular disorder the week before vacation.
