Whole Pet

This isThis is a cute little pet store. They have so many wonderful options for cats and dogs. However, you won't find much for any other pet. They used to have fish, worms, crickets... etc, but not anymore. They are focused on meeting the needs of cats and dogs. a cute little pet store.

They do a good job on our 2 baby's ( Dogs ) and good prices.

Amazing staff and service! This is the third place I have taken my Shihtzu to get groomed...I don't know why it wasn't the first. Two other groomers only bathed him and said they could not groom him without hurting him because he is so energetic. Well here at Whole Pet in Springdale my baby with all of his energy was very well groomed. His nails are trimmed and he no longer has bear claws. They are very affordable, super friendly and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back as long as I have a pet.

People who work there are really rude. This morning, my boyfriend tried to drop our dog off for an appointment we have waited a long time for and they weren’t open yet. When I tried to take our dog, they were very hateful to me and said I missed my app. I told them my bf tried to drop her off and no one was there. 2 people were sitting at the front not doing anything. They didn’t seem like they were busy. There were not any other customers in the store. You would think they would want the business. If not, don’t be rude to your customers because now I feel the need to get on here and let the world now how unprofessional they are. (I was late to my app because my bf didn’t give me the time. We are both doctors and were rushing this morning like crazy for work. I understand having to cancel because people are late, but I would not be rude to the customer about it. I for sure wouldn’t act lazy and not even attempt to help to the customer. Again, there was no one in the store and I feel they just wanted to sit instead of work. I would have been happy to over tip them and give them money to just be nice and try to help me. If they were busy, I could understand not working the dog in… but it didn’t seem that way) From reading the comments from the owners, doesn’t seem they will be too happy about this post. I won’t be deleting or commenting back unless my dog gets worked in asap. Otherwise I’ll tell everyone to go to petco where the people actually welcome you when you walk in.

Great location in Springdale. This location has a wonderful selection of food for our cat and their customer service keeps me coming back.

Best Groomers, ever!!! Liz groomed our golden doodle & he has never looked better!!! (& after a week long play date with 2 other dogs, he was matted & the stinkiest he’s ever been.) Everyone here was so sweet, kind, & genuine. Best customer service, price, & quality we’ve found in this area & we’ve tried a few. They even sent him home with a pack of goodies.

My dog Lady had a grooming at Whole Pet and she came out looking lovely! I’ve had issues in the past with other grooms at other places where Lady came out anxious and I was told she didn’t do well. But when I asked Whole Pet how she did, they told me she had no issues whatsoever. I could tell though, in the way she acted the rest of the day! It’s was so peaceful and the cut is perfect. Thanks ya’ll for taking such good care of my 4lb fur baby. Will be coming back for all future needs!

A little more pricey than I was prepared to spend, but my Coco looks great! Im impressed. The clerks up front and the stylist in the SPA were very nice and very helpful. I also purchased 2 stuffed animals (a squirrel and bunny), a small carton of doggie ice cream(vanilla) and a birthday cookie.
