I have been a customer for over 2 years. This is the only groomer Daisy has ever been to in her almost 3 years of her life. Multiple groomers come and go with this location and completely understand this happens. My dog was there yesterday after an almost 3 week appointment, I received a call last week pushing my appointment out by 30 minutes, then on the appointment day arriving for the 1:30 appointment time, I received another call that morning that they need to reschedule for the next day due to employee having morning sickness to the next day at 12 with same groomer experiencing morning sickness.

I was not able to take the next day appointment as the requested, so they moved her appointment to 2 pm yesterday. My dog arrived at 1:45 pm for 2 pm appointment and my dog was there until 5:45 pm. I called 2 hours later after appointment time to check on status of Daisy and they told me the previous dog’s appointment was taking longer because of the matting of this dog. So Daisy is still waiting caged, no water, not being let out.

The best groom she has ever had from here came from the previous experience. But for some reason that person has also left! I don’t blame the groomer from yesterday but was told that she was being worked in even though she had an appointment.

I called today to express my thoughts on the outcome of my dog that was there for 4 hours! I got nothing but excuses and they said bring her back in and we will fix it. She has no hair left to fix!

I suggested they take a photo prior to grooming and a photo after and store in the file of the dog so the many groomers that seem to come and go can see what the dog looked like before and after. Here are the after and before!

Daisy has been acting so different after the experience yesterday. She is staying in her safe comfortable place the bedroom and only comes out to go to the bathroom. This is Crazy Daisy who loves indoors and outdoors.

There just seems to be such a turnover in groomers. I just know there is a problem when you can’t keep a groomer for more than a couple of months.

They do though have a great knowledgeable staff when it comes to food for animals. They just can’t keep great groomers employed and I just can’t understand that!

I received your response, I was just glad to get her back after 4 hours of grooming. I said she looked great as I did not want to make a stink in your store. You response is very defensive and just the same on the phone. You do have a turn over of groomers very often, regardless of transferring from your other stores or just leaving Whole pet period. I even ask where the last groomer was and you would not say! Own my review and yes she definitely will not be back as she is very traumatized ! I stand firm in my review. You guys called me 2 times to reschedule her appointment time that I waited 3 weeks for. I guess I wasn’t an important enough customer. Thank you for your google response to save yourself!

Always willing to talk and give advice. All staff have pets so can tell you what they do for food, toys, etc. Great place to support and feed quality foods to our four legged friends, especially raw food diets.

Ever since adopting our two kittens, we've really wanted to buy good food for them. We LOVE this store and will be shopping here from now on for food and treats for our two cats! I love the brands they have and the price? It's easier on the pockets for sure! If you want a small pet store that cares about your pets, I 100 percent recommend them!

Nice local pet shop, lots of choices! I really like that there is a section for getting things to make your pet a cake for their birthday 🙂

I bought two of the tough pink hamster toys and my girls love those! It’s their new favorite toy!

I would definitely recommend this place to support local, they don’t carry my girls food, but the toy, leash, collar and treat selection is great! They also carry select supplements, flea and tick options. Friendly staff!
