Holiday catering pickup was seriously jacked up. Been standing here with my family for hours, I’m still here 2.5 hours after my pickup time. Like i had to send my family home because they have lives to live, and I’ll stick around here and continue to wait , surrounded by pissed off customers. Unreal. DO NOT RECOMMEND HOLIDAY CATERING

I changed from 1 star to 3 star review because the manager came to me personally and apologized and offered s gift card for each hour I was waiting (apparently my order got lost in the back room). Thanks for the manager talking with me in person.

This was my first Whole Foods store and the experience has been delightful for 2 months now. I never find anything expired, the store is always clean, and the staff is great! Not to mention I don't have to really think as much of my food and where its sourced, won't have high fructose corn syrup, and how quality it is. It's always the best!

Hands down, delicious! I'm grateful for the variety of flavors in these chicken wings. They're probably one of my most frequent purchases. I usually ask for them to be wrapped in sets of 6 or 10 so I can take them to work for lunch. A quick toss in the air fryer for a few minutes gives me perfectly crispy chicken wings every time!
Bakery is my next most visited department of the store. Always such cute decorative desserts that I just can't say no to!

Is this for real? Food is so expensive anymore and this is what I get? It’s literally the whole chunk of the end of the provolone cheese just thrown in there to add to the pound of cheese I purchased. What an absolute shame to treat customers like that.

I have been going to this whole foods since 2020. I like to refill my water here. I purchased a couple new 5 gallon jugs a few years ago. I dropped one and it busted totally made sense. I got another to replace it not realizing I could get them $10 less other places. But at the time the water per gallon was less than other places. Not anymore. The next one cracked empty in my trunk. I didn't have it for more than 6 months so i took it into the store and the lady was so nice to replace it. That was 2024 maybe spring. I come every week to feel all my jugs and always ended up buying other things. This last time as I set down the newest jug it spider web cracked dumping all the water I just paid for. I took it in to see if they would replace It again. The customer service woman was rude. I mentioned the other rep looked up my purchase before. She looked it up gave me the last 2 weeks of dates and when I said it was well before that she told me if it's past 90 days she won't do anything. I mentioned I got it last year and why was the other rep able to. She told me to have a great day. I've had 3 other jugs for years, 1 even almost 10 years. I dont return products ive used except once in a blue moon. If your not going to stand by the products you sell don't charge so much when they are junk. I feel I will definitely shop somewhere else now.

The standard in town for high quality produce, meats and breads. I appreciate the transparency especially around the different categories of meats, and love that Whole Foods supports local farmers and businesses. Great service every time from the entire team. Definitely recommend

Unbelievable. Received a text message saying undeliverable. My driver was unable to find my address I get a delivery each week. Why no call. Called customer service waste of time. My delivery schedule 4 -6. They said they could deliver at 8 or 9. I had PT during that time. No dinner guest at my home. I was asked so you want your subscription canceled. Chris the store manager was not helpful at all,

OMG!! We ordered our Thanksgiving meal for the first time from here! This meal was fantastic! The turkey was moist and had a lot of flavor! All the sides were spot on! Pick up was effortless! We are so pleased with the meal and price. Thank you, Whole Foods!!
