Went there for the first time today to buy everything I needed for a baby ball python and for the snake itself. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They got me setup with everything I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very reasonable prices. I walked out spending a LOT less than other pet stores would have charged for the same purchase. I will definitely be going there for any and all pet needs possible and information when I have questions.

What a great place for reptiles. My daughter wanted a leopard gecko. The owner, i believe his name was Terry. Don't quote me on that. But he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all his reptiles. The best thing about this place is they actually take rescues. We happened to be there when some had turned in one. They actually care for the reptiles. My daughter loves hers. He's an adult and loves to be held. We will definitely be supporting them.

Went in looking for a feeder rat for my snake after she had rejected the first and last frozen thawed rat offered to her and the women working got me situated and helped advise me on rat sizing. When I went to feed my snake she took the rat at an almost alarming speed. Very relieving as it was her first feed with us and I am very thankful for the knowledgeable employees who gave me advice!

I have been coming to this places for the last 16 years!

I miss the old the old crew! They made you feel right at home. So helpful, the new manager is very closed off and don’t want to interact with people. Ver short too the point! Having a relationship with the person you see and supporting their business would be nice! The lady with the blonde and pink! I’m horrible with names! She amazing and needs a raise! She supports her customers.

The animals were very impressive. The staff was very friendly, prices are awesome. I ordered 1,000 crickets for my 2 beardies & I received them, all alive. Other places I've gotten crickets from, I end up getting at least half of them dead. The store smelled like reptiles, but that's to be expected. My son was so impressed with the amazing snakes & the huge iguana is absolutely gorgeous! I'm so glad my friend referred me to this place! It's a bit of a drive but it's worth it b/c what I paid for 1,000 crickets is what I was paying for 400 at petsmart. I'm very happy with my experience at Wet Pet & Reptile Center.

We shop there regularly for food (live rats) needed for our 30 year old ball python as well as live dubia roaches and hornworms for my daughters leopard gecko. They have some reptiles for sale and some others that are pets of the store. All of the animals are really well taken care of, and the staff are pretty awesome. I've never had a single person be standoffish, in a bad mood etc. We go there a couple times a month but it's easily worth the 1 hour round trip for having what we need and having some pretty cool/solid people that work there. I wish them continued success. I know we'll continue to shop there!

I'm really upset. It's been 8 months now, I paid 145 dollars for a baby iguana, they told me to wait 15 days for it to arrive and it never arrived.
I've been there 4 times and they just tell me to wait for another week, we'll call you, and they never call me back or give me my money back. I really just lost my money and I was left with all the accessories for the iguana that never arrived.😡😡
