I shop there about 3 times a week service is good and staff are very nice and friendly .. But I do think they need more registers open then what they have because alot of people don't like checking them self's out . Especially during the holidays.

It absolutely infuriates me to listen to customers complain about the number of checkouts open. I worked in retail for 7 years over the front end and I know from experience what these cashiers (and their supervisors) deal with and I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU! I for one appreciate you all and I know how hard you all work and the nonsense you have to put to with from customers. You all are doing a wonderful job!

The auto care center in Bastrop, La has to be the worst ever! Appointment was at 5pm for new tires I showed up at 4pm one car was ahead of me for an oil change and I didn’t get my truck back till almost 7pm. 3 hours to put on 4 new tires I purchased from them with one car ahead of me. Never again will I return.

Some of the employees are really rude. There are some friendly ones too but the ones with bad attitude ruin the whole shopping experience.
