11-8-24 Nick picked up phone and checked to see if they had coconut in stock. What a great guy! It's super freeze and snowing... great customer service!

Talon helped me get a nail file out of the locked cabinet. He was getting pulled in so many directions it was crazy BUT he kept a cool head and was kind. Also I grabbed more than my hands could hold and he got me a cart! Nice kid

I like Walmart "Neighborhood" Store. It has a lot of the same items as the Larger Walmart Stores But it's smaller in Store size. I was able to find everything I was looking for; However they don't sell clothes or shoes as the Larger Walmart Stores. But It is a Very Convenient Place to Shop for Groceries & Home Good Items

ATTN: But...Be Careful because the Shopping Plaza outside the store sometimes have "Down On Their Luck People" that hang in the Shopping Plaza. I had 1 guy who came out of "No Where" as I was unloading my groceries & he startled me... He apologized for scaring me & I told him sorry I don't have money to spare. He walked away politely But I didn't like that at all. Other times I've shopped there no one bothered me outside in the Parking lot... But like You Should Always do...Just be Aware of your surroundings.

Produce always looks bad. Lettuce is never fresh looking. And then there clearance stuff they reduce it by most time 69 cents. I mean your about to throw away items and you can't even half off or more. But who would guess. There so greedy can't even hook you up with food that's going in trash if it don't sell by the end of the night. But pointless saying or complaining nothing going to change about that I'm sure.

They constantly are rearranging the store. Employees don't ever know where items are so they just say "we stopped carrying it" and then you find it looking for something else.🙄
If it's not groceries, it's locked up and finding an employee to unlock an item takes forever. Seriously, why would dish soap be locked up?
Prices don't always match up to prices on the shelf.
Many times I've had cashiers scan items more than once, didn't notice it until I got home.
Bagging groceries is a nightmare. They just stack and stack on this little area. You hope you get it in your bag before it falls on the floor.
Grocery carts are usually in the parking lot and the employees park right up front.

Every piece of food is either old or about to expire. Don’t even think about getting fresh vegetables, fruit, or bread from here unless you plan on eating it that night.

I go here all the time There's one manager lady they I first started seeing after they removed self checkout. She's not the only person new in the store they have a lot more workers now. Yet this particular lady is rude. Today 11/12/2024 around 9am she went off on one of the cashiers in front of the entire store which by the way is illegal Walmart. Walmart needs to fire her she going to cause a lawsuit

I have been using Walmart pharmacy for 20+ years now. I had no problems back home, nor in Falcon but when we moved to the Springs- I just chose this one on a whim. I have had nothing but issues with them. I am on two controlled substance- have been for years (and years). In all this time, I have not ONCE request an early refill, my doses are reasonable and I follow all of their policies.

Now, in the last year, I have had to jump through hoop after hoop to have them filled. I have been treated like an addict, spoken down to etc. I say often my heart breaks for those who don’t know how to “fight back” for their health.

Mind you, I have been a RN for nearly 20 years. I know the regulations in dispensing these medications. They have violated that and have abused their “discretion” in filling them several times.

Just today, they refused generic adderal and charged me $600 for name brand. Insisting that’s what my provider wanted. (This isn’t true- a script can be converted to generic). They withheld my klonopin because of a “gap” in fill history. The pharmacist literally said he would not fill it because I don’t fill it enough lol… when I told him it was extremely unsafe to “go cold turkey” off a benzo- he blamed my provider. Again, not true. She had sent the script in.

He said that he needed to collaboratively work with my provider in my care. I reminded him as THE PATIENT - I needed to be involved in said care. This is after nearly 20 minutes of insisting he tell me the issue. He refused to even do a partial fill until he could get in touch with my provider (again). This is dangerous practice. And as an educated professional he should know better.

To sum it up, I’m aware of policies, the discretion that pharmacist have and I’m aware of the drug problem facing our country. None of this is application here.

The staff is rude, condescending, and they are most definitely a barrier I’m certain to some obtaining adequate health care. Not everyone could have afforded the $600 today and would have just went without. This is unacceptable practice from those who are to serve their patients.

This the ghetto walmart it seems so unless you got the extra time to stand around and wait for employees to figure out who has a key and then go from one shelf that's locked to another and constantly have to keep calling because they won't go with you to the other shelves you need and put each item into an individual lock box so when you check out they have to sit and I guess struggle to get the stuff out because it's all individual locked so you can buy it don't go hear they need to get their shit figured out😂 go to the real Walmarts never coming back here
