The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their products also animals as well. I can tell you if you have a question they can answer it, if not they sure will find someone that does along with putting you in contact with that person. In retrospect it's a great shopping experience that's more than just animal feed and hay they have gifts etc. I truly wish more businesses had their positiveness.
