Dave has a very nice facility and lots of experience training bird dogs. He trained my 1.5 year old GSP and her field performance exceeded my expectations. I truly believe, given her age and genetics, she achieved her maximum potential at that point in time.

Dave and Lee are amazing! This last trip our boy wanted to jump out the window as soon as we pulled in! That’s a great feeling when you’re leaving them for several weeks for training. Dave is great with updates on the training too! It’s awesome to get video updates on progress. We purchased our GSP from them and couldn’t be happier with how he has developed and his natural abilities. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Dave and Lee are great to work with. I did a fair amount of researching before sending my GSP away for bird dog training and could not be happier with the results from Walker's Farm and Kennel. Dave is friendly and patient, and if you are new to bird hunting like me he will take the time to walk you through working with your dog to make sure you are ready.

Lee is equally as nice and makes you feel right at home.

When I picked up my dog, all of my expectations were exceeded. And maybe even more importantly he looked like he was having the time of his life. I would trust Dave and Lee with my dog anytime.

I brought my 3 year old mixed breed to Dave for training. He did such a great job really building her off leash and distraction reliability, and also made sure that I had the tools to continue her training at home. My dog can be a bit sensitive, so I am always hesitant of new trainers; Dave was very intentional about building a relationship with her and working at the correct level for her sensitivities, while also making great progress in only 2 weeks! I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone looking to really advance their dogs training.

Lee took care of our Golden Retriever the week of 9/15. We were able to enjoy our vacation because of how well Georgia was being taken care of. Lee sent pictures of Georgia playing. I highly recommend Lee and Walker's Farm and Kennel.

Dave has had my luke for 4 months, for training and boarding while we build a home. We couldn't have asked for a better trainer. We just got him home today, and we can tell a major difference in temperament and skills. We can't be happier to have our boy back home, and Dave helped out with so much more than just training. Our GSP is a product of WFK breeding. He is almost 26 months old. Best and smartest gun dog we've ever had! He is well on his way to FC status. He is trained and handled exclusively by Dave Walker. We have complete faith and confidence in Dave's experience, judgement, and skillsets. Dave pours heart and soul into his work. Our relationship with Dave and his wife Lee - has been all you could hope for when you pick up your pup. Our boy is a loving and treasured family member, equally adept at napping in your lap in the recliner - or having five finds in his brace - during a driving rain at a field trial. Our GSP HUCK, loves Dave Walker!
