The pharmacy here is awesome! I've been coming here for years with only a couple of hiccups in my meds. They are aleays helpful. I like the welcome as i come into store. Employees are very nice. Items in store can be kinda pricey though...

I have been coming here for my medications for many years and I came in today through the drive through so I don’t get anyone else sick to pick up my medication my doctor prescribed for me and the pharmacist told me that my doctor never sent it so I call my doctor and they said they sent it three hours ago so I called the pharmacy and told them what my doctor said and she said oh it’s because we don’t take your insurance and you would have to pay out of pocket she said I needed to call my insurance to ok it so I did my insurance said the pharmacy never even tried to run my prescription and that they do take my insurance so I go into Walgreens to try again and they are closed for lunch so basically they brushed me off so they can leave for lunch even though it wasn’t lunch for another 40 minutes great customer service and health risk because now everyone I came into contact with is probably going to get sick luckily I don’t have Covid or anything to crazy

Was thinking of changing over from right aid because of insurance. Needless to say, I'd rather pay a higher deductible, than put up with such incompetence. Pharmacist told me they haven't received my transfer and she didn't even bother to look.

I was at the Walgreens last night & the sales associate that was helping me, had AMAZING ENERGY!! Her name is Deja & she was so friendly and so upbeat!! I’m hoping her supervisor sees this, she definitely deserves to be acknowledged! Great Job Deja, I wish every sales associate had your energy, I would probably enjoying shopping a lot more than I do!

Had to return an item on the 3/22/22 had my receipt on hand and since I had payed with “wc” i couldn’t return it. Needless to say i said it was fine if they just gave me the minimum of store credit.they still declined. She said it allowed like i was supposed to be ásgame for returning something. And the manager 🤦🏾‍♀️. Repeating everything the cashier said😂. This was like at round 7 pm. Do better Walgreens.
