This is a very well maintained facility. I use the self-wash bays regularly and have zero complaints. There is always a staff member on site - I believe the owner is there often.
The equipment in the self-wash bays is always in good shape. Everything works. Water pressure is good.
I have not used the auto-wash bay but it is always busy!
Anyone complaining about the auto-wash bay not cleaning your car fully - get out and wash it by hand.
Also, who tries to bring their own soap to a car wash And then leaves a 1 star review when asked not to do that. What world do you live in?!

I would say that this is a very well maintained. Location provides adequate holes fresher, along with a great experience for the automatic car wash. This also allows for those that own pets to be able to wash their furry friends at the same location. This is a great location in the Littleton/Southglenn area.

UPDATE 12/30/2021: this used to be my go to car wash, as you can see by my review a year ago below. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up $3-4 for each level of wash and they changed out the automatic system. What used to be a good thorough (for an automatic car wash) wash, is now about 60 seconds and not nearly as good. It’s unfortunate, as I loved this car wash, but will no longer come back due to the increased prices and lack luster system. I’ll now be on the lookout for my new favorite. Had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1.

2020: Great automatic car wash!! I’m always hesitant to use these car washes, as they never fully clean the car and end up being a waste of money. This one however actually cleaned my absolutely filthy Honda Civic!! I bought the $9, as I didn’t want to spend the extra couple bucks knowing these car washes are usually a waste, but wanted the dryer portion that the $8 didn’t have. I was blown away by the the wash! It was totally worth it!!! The water pressure was super strong and I could see the steam coming off the equipment. I’ll definitely be back again!!!! Thanks!!!

BEWARE!!!! DON’T USE
High pressure laser wash!!! So high cracked my windshield top to bottom. Person who responded told me they just adjust the PSI last week…hmmm very peculiar!
The sender mentioned
“I was the first of 13000 vehicles to report this…”
I was given a list of excuses for them not to accept responsibility of the damage caused using your car wash services. Saying “if they fixed a chip in my windshield they would have to fix cars that come thru there and try to scam them on new windshields….”
What?…..
Some excuses were temperature change and “possible rock chip not visible”, so I was at fault , sorry, hope you understand we won’t be repairing.
While these may have or may not have been true, the damage happened inside of your tunnel nonetheless deeming you responsible no matter the logic and science you attempt to explain.

This is my first time here to Action Jackson car and dog wash. What's really nice my dogs loved it and I have four dogs but I gave two of my littlest ones a bath today. Really the only thing that I seen was the 1st dog wash area I went into was really messy lots and lots of dog hair from the previous customer didn't have enough respect to rince out the wash tub. But the one I used was clean and Iade sure to rinse and sanitize the tub when I was done. I'm definitely recommending this place a good place to get both your dog and your car nice and clean

I've used a lot of self washing washes being a car enthusiast. And this is by far the best and most clean one I've ever used. Vacuums are great. Water is hot and soap cleans well!
