If I call or text to make an appointment I won't get a response for up to three days. When I finally do get a response to make an appointment I usually get rescheduled the morning of the appointment. This last time I made an appointment and was already on my way over there from Alamosa when I got a phone call to reschedule because she was way behind. I told her I was already on my way and when I arrived she was not friendly at all telling me I would be waiting a long time for my dog to get groomed. I put my dog back in the car and will never be back there again. If you run a business have some decency to answer your phone and have people skills.
