So first of all I have known Romny, as my pet sitter and fellow pet professional for 6 years now, when I moved to the midlothian neighborhood. At first, she had great work ethic and actually cared about my pets. I took a break from having a pet sitter for a couple years because I used a personal friend for the job. When I returned to using Romny I saw her work ethic and compassion detioriate greatly.. although I appreciate her caring for my pups I absolutely DO NOT appreciate her coming to my home for 4 mins to let them out potty, and leave, calling that a job done. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I have knows her for so long, although skeptical, I hired her again, but after watching my ring and nanny cams I came to regret that decision. She is a Pet professional that sole purpose should be caring for pets and spending time with them. Last time my dog, who is high energy, aussie mix, tore through our couch because she wasn't played with at all. Now we got new leather couched,which I hope upon returning are okay. I asked her to play with my dog her last visit, but how could she possibly with letting 3 dogs out, one has to be let out separately and only staying 4 mins. I will NOT be using her services again, and I feel as though I was robbed of my money. Romny does not show care at all, she has gotten cocky and seems to be in it for the money and not the care of animals, and I am so disappointed and sad for my animals that they didn't recieve this weekend. Shame on you!

Wonderful and reliable pet sitting service! I needed my cats looked after for a week while I was out of town. She spent time playing with them, feeding and fresh water along with cleaning the litter boxes. I received daily pics and updates. She even got my nervous cat warmed up and affectionate. They miss her! Will be using in the future and recommend to anyone with pets!

If you have pet sitting needs Rommy is the only person to call for this service. She handles all dogs extremely well, a true pet lover! Without her I'm not sure how my wife could have managed our Belgian Malanois Ace. He's a handful to most, but Rommy handles him like an experienced dog handler. Rommy is the best!!
