Have tried all the local pet services near my home town with hit and MORE often miss results. Then I found Waggs during a road trip lay over in my RV at Rolling Hills Casino RV park. Me and my pooch Lola are so satisfied I will not go anywhere else to have Lola’s nails clipped. I have and will continue to make the 100 mile drive for all of Lola’s future manicures. I would give this business 6 Stars if that was possible.

My husband’s dog is a service dog and has been groomed here before, where my husband was allowed to stay in the waiting area while he gets groomed. But since a younger woman has started running the show she won’t let him stay, he was told to leave. My husband has seizures and the dog alerts when one is coming on, separating these two could be disastrous. She refuses to discuss it with him. Horrible customer service by this woman. There is an other older woman who is wonderful but haven’t seen her there for quite a while. Too bad, because she gets it.

They were so good with my large dog. The owner sat on the floor with him to trim his nails even though her back was hurting. She gave me good information for his allergies. Then charged me $5.00 less!!! I will be taking my best friend back next month?

My regular groomer was not taking dogs for nail trims due to the COVID-19 crisis so I went to Waggs. I was pleased that I could walk in without an appointment and my boy’s nails look good. However, it is a small shop and there were 4 people working. No one wore gloves or masks and no hands were washed before taking my dog or after giving him back to me. In addition, one of the groomers told the dog she was working on to “hold still or I’ll kick your a**. Extremely unprofessional and not a very clean place. I won’t go back.
